I'd give a zero if possible. Keith has absolutely no integrity. None. I bought a TV through them and paid for mounting service as well. The TV stopped working after 2 months. I called them. They sent someone out. The TV couldn't be repaired. The technician said he would tell Keith that the TV needed to be replaced and would have him call me same day. Three days later, no call. I called and the woman who answered said "oh, is Samsung going to replace your TV". Guy did call me back stating he didn't know I was expecting a call. I sent him an email of the text message from his technician confirming to me that he had spoken with Keith and Keith had committed to reach out. I called three times. I asked for a receipt to deal with myself and let them know I would be complaining. No response. Whoever said Keith stands behind his work clearly didn't buy a TV from him. This guy is about as low as you can get. I'm actually going to file a small claims case. All he needed to do was the right thing. I wasn't upset with him that the TV stopped working, but his outright avoidance and the lack of integrity after it did is beyond unacceptable.
