Extremely easy to conduct business with. Once I submitted my interest in quotes for a new roof, Beau contacted me immediately. We setup a time to meet. He came to my home, and I explained my needs & expectations. Beau presented me with options & suggestions. He was prepared & very knowledgeable of the products available. Quote was calculated on the spot, which I found reasonable. Contract was written & date for install agreed. Beau's team arrived early morning & completed task on time. Very professional and very diligent with their cleanup. My husband (who has previous roofing experience) actually commented on the quality of their work -- He was very impressed with their attention to detail. Ragsdale Roofing actually "exceeded" my expectations. The quote was "exact", and I believe was a very good value due to the improvement in appearance & quality of my home. I am very pleased with the New & "Improved" Roof.

The owner came out quickly to give a quote and review the job- he gave a good price, was here when we said he'd be here, and was very friendly- so we hired him. The owner and his roofers showed up very promptly, told us what to expect so we could prepare or remove any wall hangings on the inside of the house, and then they took care to cover plants surrounding house, and were very thorough in cleaning up all around the house once the job was over. They worked hard and quickly. Definitely would recommend this company!

There were 6 workers on the job, very experienced and dedicated. The roof consisted of 2 dead valleys, 3 gables, a flat section, 3 sections where the roofers remained on ladders to do the job. Cleanup was excellent. A magnetic sweep was performed to retrieve nails on the ground. The job was performed expeditiously without impacting our daily activity.

Came out gave me an estimate. I called them back and they were able to do the job 4 days later. They started at 7:30 and were finished by the time I got home from work. Excellent job.
