Mr. Ragsdale showed up on time, and spent almost 2 hours providing a detailed and comprehensive estimate on a very difficult project, with many variables. Our roof had many holes and needed major structural repair, before the new roof could even be applied. His patience and professionalism were evident throughout. Our estimate was provided that initial evening, and although his price was more than competetive, he guaranteed a complete, all-encompassing TOTAL job, and pristine clean-up. THAT is WHAT WE RECEIVED, and THEN SOME ! The job started exactly, ON TIME. The demolition process was extensive, and major wood repair was accomplished with lightning efficiency. Mr. Ragsdale advised as each step proceeded, showing us all the Whys & Wherefores, and the reasoning behind each step. They completed extensive rafter repair under the eaves, pointed out repairs which even exceeded his estimate, but stated that he would still honor the original estimate, and still complete the extra work, since he had underestimated the amount of lumber required, due to rotted wood, that he was unable to see during the estimating process. The crew of 6 was quiet and efficient, and totally self-sufficient. We offered food, drink, and facilities, but they politely declined, and Mr. Ragsdale provided all the meals, drinks and whatever his crews required. All of the debris was cleaned up daily, and placed in a dumpster, which the company provided. Even with the extra woodworking and extra square footage coverage, the crew finished 1/2 day early, ahead of schedule, and did a magnificent clean-up. The dumpster was carefully packed with the debris, and covered for pick-up by a truck under contract with the company. When one thinks of having to fix a roof, it conjures thoughts akin to a "root-canal", but Ragsdale Roofing actually made it pleasant and positive experience. I would recemmend them to my friends and family FIRST, because when word gets out how good, fair, honest, and professional they are, there will be a long line to get their services, so friends and family forst. I got several estimates and Ragsdale was not the cheapest but you could tell by talking with him that he was the most knowledgeable. He and his crew worked long hours and finished a large two story house in less than two days. The finished job is beautiful, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Beau. 😊

Well, my asphalt shingles were dripping wet and they put them on my roof anyway...................I believe that was not the right thing to do. Time will tell if they need to be redone at the contractor's expense..............

Did a nice, timely and professional job! Arrived when they said, and completed the job in the time that Beau said they'd be done. Clean-up was very well done, with out any evidence of the mess that removing and replacing a roof can create. They cleaned up as they went and when done used magnetic devices to pick-up any nails that may have evaded all the tarps they had over the shrubs and ground surrounding the house. The roof looks GREAT! We are very pleased with the outcome!

Beau and his wife are very professional and honest, He came out and explained in detail what was going to happen. We had 2 old chimneys that were falling down that they removed for us. They were very careful not to hurt all of our plants around the house. He was on the job site throughout the entire project. They did the job in 2.5 days on a tricky roof. They are the best so no need to look any further.
