Description of Work: Massive double water oak removed. Needed to move fencing to complete and paving stones. Everything was done as promised. The fencing and paving stones replaced. Came when they said they would. Completed the work quickly and professionally. Other than the tree being gone and others trimmed, you would not know that this much work had been done. Will definitely have them do more work when required.

Description of Work: They removed 3 Sweet Gum Trees that were growing entwined with some Crape Myrtles that I was trying to save. I couldn't believe how gently they lifted these huge trees out of the middle of the Myrtles, and from between two garages. They were totally professional and cleaned up everything as they went. I'd hire them in a heartbeat if I ever need them again.

Description of Work: We called for service and it took 3-4 days for a return call. Louie called a week ago (Friday) to say he would be to us on Tuesday. Waited Tuesday, no show. Waited Wednesday, no show. Waited Thursday and finally received a call late in the afternoon to say they would be here Friday. It is now 5:00 Friday. Surprise, NO SHOW AGAIN. Unprofessional and incompetent! If you want to give up two weeks of your life for NO SERVICE, the Herrington's are the people for you! Was the work performed....what a joke!

+ -1 moreI previously used this company to remove two trees and grind the stumps. They did a fine job that time for a fair price, so I decided to use them again. Their workers are excellent, no slackers. They used climbing spikes only on the Palm trees. For the live Oak and Pecan trees, they climbed up a rope to avoid damage to the trees. The limbs that were removed were lowered with a rope to avoid damaging my house or drainage field. They try to work several crews within close proximity, so it might be a week or two before routine work gets done. Hearing Mr. Herrington talk on the phone leads me to believe they would handle an emergency job right away. I have confidence in them and will use them again.
Description of Work: They removed numerous dead limbs from my live Oak tree, removed a large limb very high up on a Pecan tree and trimmed six Palm trees to my specification. All wood, leaves, etc. was chipped and removed, the work site was cleaned. There was a supervisor on site at all times.
