Janitorial Service
I hired Dirty Problems LLC for a full home cleaning, but the job was extremely disappointing. The kitchen wasn?t cleaned at all ? the fridge was left dirty, counters weren?t wiped, cabinets untouched, and the microwave was never cleaned. Nothing was dusted, the baseboards weren?t touched, and floors were barely swept.
After making sure my kids and I were out of the way for 4 hours, I came back to find that all she really did was mop, clean the toilets, and wipe my window seals. If that was all I needed, I could have done it myself.
When I complained, the company called offering a partial refund but never confirmed an amount and took no accountability for the poor service. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting a thorough or professional cleaning.

I had the pleasure of having Mary Stokes help with cleaning the building of my Blossoming Bloomers Childcare Center. It?s very important the health and safenesses of children. I need a company I could trust and would keeps that goal in mind. I was able to book this service and couldn?t be happier. I have OCD and can be very particular about how things are done, and Mary really listened to my concerns and took them seriously. She went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail and making sure everything was done just the way I needed. Her commitment to the job truly shows, she left my place spotless and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Mary if you want someone who cares and delivers the best results.

Amazing! My husband who hates paying for services called me today and said, "It was worth every penny." We needed someone on very short notice, and they scheduled for the next morning. Best price around! And they stuck to the estimate, didn't add on without asking us first. If we ever need help again, they will be getting our business. Oh, AND they did the carpets, too. Wonderful. So thankful for them.

EXCELLENT!!! JOHN AND MARY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HIRED IN MY LIFE.FOR THIS AREA I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM BOTH. I'VE HAD MAID PRO AND OTHER COMPANIES.THEY HIRE 20 YEAR OLDS THAT SURFACE OR SPOT CLEAN.I HAD TO CLEAN MY WHOLE HOUSE BEHIND THEM. IF YOU WANT ANY PROJECT DONE RIGHT? We were very pleased with the work done. The entire house was cleaned, and all carpeted surfaces were cleaned. I was definitely recommend this company. The fix all dirty problems. The are also reasonably priced. Best price we found after shopping around.

Great service! The woman on the phone at the Savannah location, Amber, was super kind a helpful! She gave me a price estimate and booked me right away! The company has a texting service so it was very easy to keep in contact and up to date on my cleanings. They did a great job and it was super affordable!!

It went well. I gave a list of what I needed and she went beyond what was asked for. She cleaned areas that she saw needing cleaning and done so. I am legally blind and use a wheelchair so I appreciate of the level of care she gave to me. I had many of my neighbors telling me that my house was very clean.
