They do a little bit of everything and some construction. He maintains a lot of people's property. He always tells them when he is coming, always shows up, is polite and they did not stay crazy hours. If they stayed after 5:30 or 6 they asked if it was alright and they were never here later than 8 so it was okay. He had to clear up a lot of things another contractor did to my house. Their card says they are a full service company and that they maintain full/part time homes. The guy that works with him is an old hippie. Anyway, he has a license in electricity and plumbing. His name is Todd and they did a great job. He also has a guy named Russell who did well too, he was a helper I guess. The only thing was he had cost plus so when he gave me an estimate it was truly and estimate because we went way over it. But we kept finding things that were incorrect so I can't fault him there. I would use him again. He is nice, comes out and checks on everybody's work and they all communicate. He saves the receipts. He stands behind his work for a year after completion, that is what he told me. They cleaned up behind themselves. They did not do all of my bathroom, because another person did that.
