we moved here in May 2013. There were issues with the initial service. multiple calls later a technician was sent out to agree that, in fact, there was an issue. they did ysome re-jiggering and our service worked.
my main issue is the irregular bandwidth and rates of data movement. very inconsistent. Our price for service has consistently increased and we are changing providers.

I have had cox service for more than 10 years. Their cable and telephone services are outstanding, dependable, and problems are always resolved in quick fashion.

They were great, they connected and set everything up for us. Haven't had any long running problems just a few glitches here and there.

In 2010 we had a piece of equipment exchanged because it stopped working. Instead, they had charged us for two of them. We stopped our service on June 26, 2013 because we are moving. We explained to them that that we had exchanged the old equipment, but it's not notated correctly. Every time I talk to someone different, I get a different story of what had happened with the billing. I requested to speak to a supervisor more than once, but could never get back to the same supervisor. Everyone has promised to fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. I even have the receipt from when we exchanged the equipment and this still hasn't been fixed. They have been charging us for 2 years for a piece of equipment that we don't even have anymore.
Anytime we had an issue with the cable service, they were great. However, their billing department is another story.

Cox Cable are good, and they spent a lot of time doing the job. Their hours were good. They came in after work at 5pm and left late. They could work around my schedule.

Cox Cable is okay. They are the only ones in town. Their prices are average. They are very professional. I will continue to use them in the future.
