It went beautifully! Because our daughter's pets are her "babies" and we are pet lovers, I was very concerned about the process. The professionals at Pet Air Carrier handled every single detail. We communicated by email and telephone pretty much daily, because I had so many questions. They were always professional, courteous, and patient (willing to explain details of the process). We were supplied a cost estimate within a few hours -- even though it was Thanksgiving week. The actual crates were delivered within a couple of days to her home in St. Louis. They were sturdy and spacious and included everything needed. The packet of information we received had step-by-step instructions for everything. And, the instructions were very clear. Pictures were provided in places where a picture really is worth a thousand words. It was obvious from our discussions that they truly care about pets and want the best for them -- just as the owner does. They are truly a "class act", one-of-a-kind business, worthy of an A+, if I could give one. We will definitely use them again! The pets were picked up on time and delivered to the airport, and they were delivered safe and sound to her home at the estimated time. The price below includes everything: four airline approved pet carriers, airfare, pickup at house of origination, delivery to house of destination, update communications throughout the day. If the customer already owned crates, or were willing to take pets to the airport and pick them up, the price would be lower. What we paid was worth every penny for our peace of mind!
