Description of Work: I've used them several times in the past and they have always been extremely good and professional, though maybe not the cheapest. I always keep using them, which says a lot. The last visit I had a leaking copper roof. They came out to analyze the problem and obviously they knew it would be difficult to pinpoint the problem because then they said they don't fix copper roofs. They definitely knew what they were talking about because I can't figure out where the water is coming from either. (I sprayed the heck out of the roof with a hose and can't recreate the conditions which I witnessed during a storm where water was pouring through the ceiling). So though I do feel a bit abandoned that they did not stick with me over my leak issue, which is still unresolved, I would still call them again. Just know ahead of time they don't deal with copper roofs. With All other leak issues they have been wonderful though!

Description of Work: I was concerned that I had a roof problem -- Dr. Roof came out. After inspecting, they told me it was not a roof problem. They could have easily told me I needed repair work but they did not. In addition to being responsive and professional, they were HONEST!

Description of Work: I thought I might need a new roof since the roof is 15 years old. I called one roofer who never climbed on the roof but did a "satellite view" and gave me a quote for a new roof. Dr. Roof arrived the next day and the service man climbed on my roof, took pictures and advised me of a few repairs which would save my roof for a few more years. I was most impressed by the professionalism of this company. Someone came out in a few days and repaired my roof for a fraction of what the other roofer planned to charge. I highly recommend Dr.Roof.
