Description of Work: Dr. Roof removed the old roof, which had hail and wind damage, and replaced it with new 3D architectural shingles that look great. We've had considerable rain since the new roof was installed and we've not noticed any leaks. Their estimate process was very thorough -- even the insurance company was impressed. The roofing crew showed up precisely on time, taking two days for the job. Cleanup needs improvement. We found about a dozen nails in the yard and on the driveway after the installation. I stepped on one that was pointed straight up, but I had thick soled shoes on and the nail just broke my skin. I sure did feel it. Otherwise a favorable experience. | | | |

Description of Work: They came out and did an estimate and because of other reasons we didn't use them. But, I thought their extremely detailed proposal was great! Everything was very detailed! The price was reasonable too. We just didn't use them because my husband had already signed a contract with another company.

Description of Work: They gave a completely candid explanation of the possibilities for replacing our aging skylights. We decided to stall as a result but will use them if/when we decide to proceed. You just can't buy honesty and good advice these days!

Description of Work: The main roof work was excellent and the supervisor kept me well informed. It took them about a 1.5 days longer than they estimated. My main issue was with the carpentry work that was done to replace some of the rotten wood on the screened in porch roof. They did not completely remove the 1X4 trim but rather dug part of is out and covered it with a 1X2 piece of trim so I had to do additional work sealing and caulking.
