We offered to pay at the time the work was completed and they said they would have to send us an invoice. We received the invoice 30 days later and after only two weeks of being in receipt of the invoice we received a threatening message on our phone stating that it had been over 30 days since the work was completed and they were going to turn it over to the police for theft of services. We have never had this problem with any other company in the past. We have talked to other people who have used this company with only bad reports.

I evaluated three companies, all recommended by my neighbors. Dr. Roof's presentation and scope of services far exceeded the others. They had the most complete service package, addressing every job aspect from materials, quality inspections and cleanup to warranty issues, insurance, scheduling, unknown decking repair needs; it was all there. Joe, of Dr. Roof, invested the most time to offer the most accurate & complete estimate. He accommodated my particular needs and insured I understood what they could & couldn't do & warranty. Their estimate was midrange and was the best value. The job started on time, the crew, lead by Enselmo, was professional, focused and worked sun-up to sun-down to complete the job in three days. Aaron inspected the work and make sure I knew what was happening. My site was always clean, organized, results were excellent; it looks great and after all this rain, no leaks. I replaced a roof once in 20 years and I got the best. I highly recommend Dr. Roof.

We mailed them to get an estimate. They came Monday the week after. We first thought we needed an attic fan, but the estimator told us that was not needed, but instead we should get an attic turbine (which is also cheaper). He gave us an estimate, which we accepted right away and he then told us they would be there Thursday. They came Thursday morning, installed the attic turbine, doing a very nice job.

Ron was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of reviewing my issues in addition to determining any other repairs I needed. Of the estimates I had conducted on my home, Ron from Dr. Roof was the most thorough. Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Took several calls to secure date for work to be done, but probably due to weather and work load. I would use them again

THEY WERE FINE. THEY DID THE JOB THAT I ASKED FOR, AND OTHER THAN MISSING ONE APPOINTMENT THEY WERE FINE. THE APPOINTMENT I BELIEVE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING, DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH TRAFFIC, AND THEY NEVER CALLED US TO LET US KNOW THEY WOULD BE LATE.

Workers showed up on time and completed the work according to the estimate. For the last year or so, we have not had any trouble with our roof. I would definitely call Dr. Roof if I needed another repair job done.

They did an extremely good job, particularly given the very reasonable price. They even came back a few days later to be sure the repair was successful. Very impressed with professionalism and pride in their work. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

THE GUY GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR THE JOB, BEFORE STARTING. I SAID OK, HE GOT ON MY ROOF AND DID THE WORK. HE REMOVED ALL DEBRIS FROM MY GUTTERS, THEY ARE NO LONGER CLOGGED. I AM HAPPY WITH BOTH PRICE AND JOB DONE.

DR. ROOF ADVISED THEY WOULD CONTACT ME IN 4 TO 14 WORKING DAYS TO VISIT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED. I HAD ANOTHER ROOFER RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND COME BY THE DAY AFTER I CALLED HIM, HE DID THE REPAIR AND LEFT, ALL IN 5 DAYS.

IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO GET BACK TO ME WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.

ROOF WORK OVERALL WAS VERY GOOD, HOWEVER THEY PUT LARGE GOUGES IN 7 OF THE BOARDS ON MY RECENTLY REFINISHED DECK. ONE OF THEIR SUPERVISORS CAME BY ON DEC. 20 TO INSPECT THE DAMAGE. I TOLD HIM THAT I ESTIMATED THE COST OF THE REPAIRS TO BE ABOUT $240. HE SAID THAT IT SEEMED REASONABLE. I OFFERED TO GIVE HIM A CHECK FOR THE BALANCE IF HE WOULD REDUCE THE PRICE BY THE $240, OR IF THEY WANTED TO DO THE REPAIRS I WOULD PAY THEM AS SOON AS THE REPAIRS WERE DONE. THE CONTRACT CALLS FOR PAYMENT ON COMPLETION AND I DO NOT CONSIDER THE JOB COMPLETE UNTIL MY DECK IS REPAIRED OR THE COST OF REPAIRS IS DEDUCTED. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS SINCE I TALKED TO THEIR SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE FROM DR. ROOF HAS CONTACTED ME.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY FAIR AND PROFESSIONAL.

ESTIMATOR CAME PROMPTLY AND DIAGNOSED PROBLEM. WAS NOT A HARD SELLER. TOLD ME MY ROOF STILL LOOKED GOOD.

KIRK GOODRICH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT, AND HELPFUL.

DROPPED A NAIL, MY DOG ATE IT AND SHE HAS IT IN HER STOMACH ON X-RAYS.

ONCE I WAS ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER THEY WERE ABLE TO DEAL WITH MY ISSUES. THEY PROMISED TO DO THINGS AND DID NOT. SHOWED UP LATE. NOT VERY CONVENIENT. THEY DID THE ROOF LIKE IT NEEDED TO BE DONE, IT WAS A PAINFUL PROCESS.
