Our neighborhood has many houses getting new roofs because of "hail damage." Dr. Roof came and inspected our roof, and determined that we did not need a new roof as there was no hail damage. The inspector did identify individual shingle that had wind damage and needed to be replaced. He arranged for a repair specialist to examine the roof in order to estimate the repair. The repair was scheduled and completed for less than the estimate when closer inspection on the roof revealed fewer damaged shingles than anticipated. Dr. Roofs evaluation of the need for a new roof due to hail damage and the identification of wind damaged shingles agrees with the "on the roof" inspection done by our insurance company after another roofing company went through the neighborhood doing free inspections and advising us to contact our insurance company because we had hail damage and needed a new roof - which proved to not be the case.

They came out this morning and everything went pretty well. It took him no time at all to get things done, and he did a complete inspection. He's going to match the shingles and come back out in about a week to complete the work.

After they took the quote and gave me a price, and told me they did drywall, they jacked up the prices on the skylights. When I told them they weren't going to get the skylight job they told me they didn't do drywall and they won't be able to do that job.

Everything went very smoothly and quickly. However, my only concern was the fact that I found at least 4 nails in the cul-de-sac where I live.

They arrived on time and looked inside the roof and then on the outside. They repaired the leak and we waited for rain. They had fixed one of two leaks and we didn't know there was a second until they fixed the first leak. They came back the next day and fixed the second leak. They did not want payment until they were certain the leak was repaired. I will use them again. Excellent service!!

The service was good. It was timely but they did everything we asked them to. The price was a bit better than we thought it would be. They came on the day they said they would come and do they work they said they would do.

They were very professional and on time. The man that did the work was excellent and stayed passed dark to finish the job. We have no complaints; it was a very good experience. I have since used them again.

They came out and were professional with proper bid sheet. They got on the roof for the estimate unlike other service providers. They were able to repair the chimney with hardy plank unlike other roofers that would not be able to do so or charge almost twice as much. They were able to complete the roof in one day and paid when the roof was completed.

They were great. They did an excellent job. I do not recall price, but they were reasonable. They were very professional and cleaned everything afterwards. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

They were pretty fast, and they were pretty reasonable on their price. I don't think the actual price helps anything. It appears that they did an excellent job on the installation.

Overall, very pleased with the work.

I was very pleased with the service that they provided me with. They were very dependable, and friendly. This company is a family business and has been around for a lot of years. The price is a little higher, but you get what you pay for. At least I know what I am getting from this company.

They did quality work in a reasonable amount of time. Their pricing was more expensive. I viewed their website so I chose them based on their capabilities and experience. Following the completion, they cleaned up the area and my yard. For any future roofing repairs, I would do more research on companies in my area and preferred products. I feel I could get the job done for a cheaper price.

I don t wish to put the price down here, but I feel they are a little expensive. I can say that they do an excellent job, though, and don t mind recommending them to others as long as they are looking for quality and workmanship rather than to save buck.

That is exactly what they did; they investigated, found the problem and repaired it. They were very helpful. They showed me that there were patches on different parts of the house where this could have happened. They also took a camera up there and took pictures to a how me exactly what the problem was. I thought that was great. Instead of taking their word, they actually stood behind their word and showed me exactly what they were talking about to back it up. The roof turned out well and the price was not bad either.

I was very impressed with their professionally organized service. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up really well. They are probably more expensive than other roofing company but they provide first class service.

I was very happy with the job they did. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the project. They used one of those magnets to pick up all the nails, so they wouldn't get into anyone's tires. I know we will enjoy our new roof for years to come.

Dr. Roof really impressed us. We had gotten eleven or twelve bids for our roofing job. They were not the least expensive but they were not the most expensive. We liked them because they had a good reputation and they were still affordable. They did a perfectly awesome job on our roof and we feel fortunate to have worked with such a quality company.

Everything went well. The workmen thoroughly rebuilt the valleys in the roof with a superior product. The new gutter piece was correctly sloped; the gutter it replaced didn't slope down toward the downspout.

The quality and the finished product that Dr. Roof did was exceptional but it was unfortunate just how we arrived at that fact which bothered me a little. They took a little longer to finish then I hoped they would, having to order one of the skylights without telling me this at first. I thought their communication and their responsiveness was a little annoying but the end result was perfect.

They were professional and here on time and they fixed my problem. They were great.

Sales process was very thorough. But from there, it was a comedy of errors, starting with putting the dumpster on the wrong side of the driveway. We couldn't get into the garage, and then leaving the dumpster there several days after the job was finished. The real kicker was when a large piece of plaster (probably 5" x 6") came off the ceiling. One supervisor exclaimed that he'd never seen anything like that before. The sales guy, though, tried to tell us that it was a nail pop (not!) and gave us a hard time about fixing it. Finally after three weeks, they fixed it reluctantly yet we had to paint. Come to find out, Dr. Roof has a dry waller on staff and could have fixed it at any time. Why did they give us such a hard time?? I think they only fixed it because we hadn't paid a dime yet until we were satisfied with the job, that was the agreement. They kept saying we were "very particular". In our opinion, wanting a chunk out of our great room ceiling to be repaired is NOT particular!

They came when they said they would and were responsive.

The sales person was very knowledgeable, gave us several options for repair at various prices. Work could not be scheduled immediately, so he made a special trip to our home to put a tarp on the roof so it would not leak in the interim. The job was completed while we were out of town, and they kept us informed of progress and completion. We are very, very satisfied with their work and their service.

It was excellent. They did a great job. The were thorough, and it was great quality.
