They first came out to give me an estimate. They had come out when they said they would. I was very pleased with them. They contacted the insurance company to take care of the price. I didn?t have to do that. They were great and very professional. I didn?t know that there was hail damage till they told me. They did a neat job and also cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant to do business with. They were no trouble at all.

I called Dr. Roof and two other roofing companies to repair a water leak coming in from my chimney. The first two companies said they were too busy to take a small job and passed me along to their "friends" who ultimately never showed up. Dr. Roof, on the other-hand, was very happy to come take a look and quote me an estimate. The representative from Dr. Roof was polite and professional. After inspecting the roof, they explained that the flashing around my chimney was not improperly installed (which I had suspected); rather, the leak was caused due to missing caulking. This was a relief since others in my neighborhood had been charged several hundreds of dollars to fix their flashing. Dr. Roof offered to fix the caulking at a reasonable price, but they also said the fix was simple and that I could save money by doing it myself in 5 minutes. This blew me away. Here was a company that spent time driving to my house, looking at my roof, finding a problem, yet telling me that I should not pay them since the fix was simple. What great service! I will definitely be calling these guys back out if something every does happen to my roof that I can't handle or when I need to get it replaced.

Unfortunately, our home was outside of their service area.

I called Dr Roof to request an estimate on gutter and roof repair needed on a home I will be purchasing in two weeks. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She was trying to explain to me that they wouldn't do work on the home if I didn't own it. I, of course, understood this and simply wanted to schedule the estimate for the day after I close on the home. She sarcastically explained their policy again and told me to call back when I own the home. This will probably be a $40,000 job that they won't get because they were unwilling to work with me to schedule an estimate.

Dr. Roof is not the cheapest by far, nor the most expensive quote we received. However, after consideration of the quality reports and the guarantee they offered we decided to use them. We have not been sorry. The materials were delivered on time, the team arrived on schedule and they completed the job in the time they quoted. This roof is complex and it took about two weeks to complete the job. We were not living in the house at the time, but I met the crew chief at the house each day to review progress. Overall they were very professional and obviously have excellent teams to get the work done. They did not make a big mess in the yard, everything was cleaned up. My only complaint is that the company did not offer to seal up the construction gap between the fascia and the roof deck, which needs to be done to prevent animal entry. I will need to do this and they could have done while they were replacing the roof.

Dr. Roof was the most expensive quote of the 5 we obtained for replacing our roof, and we were originally not inclined to go with them. However, while screening for feedback regarding quality, customer satisfaction, etc., as well as overall responsiveness to our inquiries and concerns while in the process of making our decision, Dr. Roof ultimately became our choice. We have not regretted our decision. Martin (the sales rep) was professional and helpful throughout the process. The crew were efficient and courteous, and the daily clean-ups were surprisingly thorough. Even when the job was complete, they were quite patient in allowing proper time for receipt of payment re: the outstanding insurance claim. Absolutely would use them again.

They repaired a flat portion of the roof which was replaced before. They did a good job.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Their first crew spent a day tearing off half of the roof, then walked off the job. A replacement crew was sent the next day. They initially worked a half day, and it took at least 7 days to replace the roof (another company finished a neighbor's job in half the time). Then they left a dumpster in our driveway which took two days to remove, but they left a pile of construction trash in the driveway that took another two days to remove, and left marks on the driveway. Our insurance company is paying for the work on the roof, so we had to get our mortgage company to endorse the final payment check, and we told Dr. Roof that we would hand deliver the check as soon as we received it. While we were waiting for the check to get back from the mortgage company, Dr. Roof slapped a lien on our property. After we complained about the lien, they sent us another bill with an additional $840 in charges (three months after the work was completed). Now they are threatening to sue us for slander because we are complaining about the treatment we received.

They were able to get to me, but not promptly because of all the rain we had. I called them in September and they were able to do the work the end of October. They did an excellent job. I think they should have gotten to us a lot sooner. The workers and roofers they sent out were amazing.

Our experience with them was very positive. They were very professional, and I was very pleased with their presentation. They were very innovative too. They had this little house that they used for demonstration, and it was very helpful.

We haven?t paid for it yet because there are some issues that need to be resolved. They?ve been very responsive in terms of taking care of the problems. I don?t know that I?d say I have a complaint but I don?t know what to expect because I?ve never had a roof put on before. We?ve had excessive amounts of rain lately which resulted in some damage but they?ve been working through it with us; they haven?t asked for money while we?ve been working on resolving the issues. I question some of their practices but they have worked with us and there have been unusual circumstances with the weather.

We had a supervisor come out last week. He said there are roofing nails popping out of the roof that are causing the problem. He talked to the owner to see what could be done and we've heard nothing. They are very nice people, but if there is a problem it's your problem not their's. They don't stand behind the quality of their work.

Dr. Roof sent an inspector to my house to evaluate possible hail damage to my roof. They did a great job communicating with me by sending an email of "what to expect" a few days before the inspector arrived. The day before arrival, I also received a telephone call letting me know that they would be coming. The inspector came by, climbed all over the roof, and took pictures. A day after the inspection by the technician, I received a follow-up call from a fellow at the company who had reviewed the report and said that I had very little, if any, hail damage on my roof. Yet, if I wanted pursue the claim, he would present the data that he had taken to my insurance company. Dr. Roof seemed very honest in their appraisal and did not pressure me or try to scare me. I really appreciated the approach taken by this company. In the end, I decided not to pursue a claim. Dr. Roof did exactly what I expected and they exceeded my expectations. I will strongly consider them in the future when I eventually replace my roof.

Alberto from Dr. Roof arrived as scheduled. He looked where the water had dripped into my living room. Then he went up and looked in the attic crawl space. That didn't reveal the leak's source. Next he climbed on the roof where he spotted a small hole in a shingle where some other contractor had failed to properly seal up a nail hole. Alberto sealed up the nail hole. However, he declined to accept any payment, asking that I accept his help as a goodwill gesture by Dr. Roof. I was impressed! If I need roofing work in the future I'll be sure to contact Dr. Roof.

He showed up on time and was professional. They found leaks that other companies didn't find. He found the leaks right off the bat. He did an excellent job. He also fixed a pipe on the roof that was leaking. I would definitely use them again. Their price was much lower than the other estimates I received and he did more work.

When other roofing companies weren't returning calls, or were trying to charge $300+ minimum just to look at my roof, Nick at Dr. Roof came with 2 days of my initial call. He gave me a reasonable estimate with lots of options for proactive maintenance. I elected to have Dr. Roof fix the leaky chimney and as a preventative measure seal my PVC vent pipes. I had one of these leak on a prior house so I appreciated Nick reminding me that they can crack and leak after 5-7 years. After signing the work order Dr. Roof was able to come out within a few days. Nick actually did the work. I think it's smart to have the person doing the work also estimate it because it reduces the chance of an error. Nick arrived on time, was very professional and polite, and did a great job. It's nice to not have to worry about my roof leaking anymore. Nick also gave me some tips on how to extend the life of my roof. All in all, a very impressive showing for Dr. Roof. I will be recommending them to anyone else in my neighborhood who has roofing needs.

We knew exactly what to expect. The sales person was professional and completely briefed us on the process. The final bill was exactly what we expected, to the penny.

They were very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced.

I called them for 2 reasons. Our neighborhood suffered hail damage and many homes were getting new roofs. They inspected our roof and could not find hail damage. We also had signs of a leak on a ceiling which they fixed with sealant. It is admirable that they did not say we needed a new roof in light of all the other damage around us. It would have been easy money for them.

A screen porch addition(built by another company)developed a leak after just 8 months that left water stains inside the home. I called Dr. Roof for an assessment of the situation from the perspective of a third-party professional roofer. Alberto quickly spotted the source of the problem and told me that while whoever built the porch used very good materials(including the skylights and shingles), it was clear that they were not roofers. I contracted Dr. Roof to do the necessary repairs, which involved removing the shingles and inadequate storm underlayment in one valley(just above the ceiling stains, where the new roof met the old roof)and re-installing underlayment(which reached out to the proper measurements)and new shingles. I also asked them to perform the same repairs on the opposite valley, since it almost certainly would have been originally installed the same way, and would inevitably leak in the future. The work was done quickly and with the utmost professionalism. Alberto left no mess what-so-ever(imagine that from a roofer!)made a point to tell me when he was going to the store for more nails, and even took digital pictures of the work, both before and after, which he e-mailed to me to keep me from having to climb up to inspect the steeply-sloped roof! I feel much better about the screen porch now and will not hesitate to call Dr. Roof again should another roofing issue arise. They obviously are ranked as highly as they are for good reason.

Canceled work order following: 1. No phone call or contact to set up work date for over a week (I had to contact them again) after assurance I would hear back the next day or soon. 2. No showed for work dates on two separate occasions. "Justin" was supposed to do the job, and phoned himself after the 1st no show to apologize and assert that he would not fail to show up again. He didn't. And, again, no phone call or notice to communicate this or explain scheduling conflicts, etc.

Dr. Roof will complete repairs to a leak in my roof. I just got the estimate and they came in middle high with two other roofers. The key to using them was that there was no up-selling at all and in fact Ron told me to wait on a couple of other items that could wait until the roof needs replacing in 5-10 years. This is the second time Dr. Roof has done work on my home. I'll probably not call another roofer from here on out.

Came out and gave us a free estimate and did the work all within a week of the first call. Did not try to sell us a new roof, but did the work as requested.

They scheduled the work, the people came out as scheduled, they were good to work with, and the job was done in no time. They cleaned up and were on their way. It doesn't get any better.

They were prompt in providing the estimate, scheduling the work to accommodate my busy schedule, and finishing the job. They were professional and courteous, cleaned up the worksite after finishing the project, and did an excellent job. I will absolutely use them again.
