Dr Roof Atlanta Inc was very prompt. They came when they said they would. I was impressed by the man that gave me the estimate. He called before he was late. He picked up on things that I was worried about but did not tell him I was worried about. He knew what he was talking about.

They were fantastic. They were great and on time. The exactly do what they are supposed to do. They have a good quality and good warranty, its far better than other companies. Originally my ex-wife had signed with somebody else, who at the end did'?t wanted to do the roof. They were kind of a nightmare and their professionalism was bad, but the roof was extremely helpful. Getting out of that contract and going with Dr Roofer's contract was good. They just did a great job. They are little more expensive comparing to others, but the quality of workmanship and customer service they provided compensated with the price. They were on time and quickly finished the work before given time. I will use them in future.

They were on time and finished the job quickly with very little impact on the household.

They charged me $7793 for the job. The job went very well. I liked the final appearance. I had some uncertainty about how i would be satisfied but I think I am comfortable with what they did. I had to call them back twice to deal with a couple of concerns of mine. I could see some light in the roof. They came back and fixed it. They were willing to work with me. The work cost me more than I had expected. I feel their per sheet plywood cost was too high. They counted each of the plywood sheets that they removed. I would have preferred them to do a partial replacement of the plywood sheets. The crew seemed to take care of nails. They took care of my plants. I was impressed with that. I would use them again in the future.

They did not charge me anything and I was amazed. He was a very nice guy. He did the same work for my neighbor and did not charge them as well. I am very much up on that company. Apart from doing the work on the shingles which was on one part of the roof, he checked the entire roof to see if any other work was required. The work was as good as it can get.

Don't EVER use Dr. Roof!! They are a NIGHTMARE! When the project manager (Willile Ackers) came to do the work, he raised up the quoted price, yelled at me and my family, threatened us, refused to accept the coupon from Angie's List... everything went wrong. I would've called the police had I not been so scared out of my senses. I told all this to the owner/customer service rep of this company, but they didn't do anything either. Using Dr. Roof was the worst decision of my life!!!!

Our sales person, Kirk, was very professional and knowledgeable about skylights and everything else we had questions about. He was prompt in responding to our concerns and questions. Work was done on time, and the crew did a great job. We did not have rain since we have the skylights installed, so don't know how they will be with heavy rain but I don't expect any problems. We did not obtain any other estimates, which is the reason I could not give A, but I am sure it was a fair price.

They were good. Their prices were fair and in line with other quotes I had given. We have decided to delay the roof repair for now and work on other projects.

There was a leak in an upstairs bathroom ceiling. The salesperson took his time and seemed to be very thorough with the inspection of the roof. He noticed the chimney cap needed to be replaced, but missed the vent cap. The workers were on time, courteous, worked late and did a good job. It took a few days for them to come back to install the solar lite and about a week for them to come back and fix something they broke on the chimney.

Alberto came out on a Tuesday, on time and as promised, and delivered a comprehensive report on the problems I reported to him. We had three small leaks that only appeared when it rained very hard. He spent about 15-20 minutes on the roof and identified the probable problem areas and wrote up a complete report. He took the time to carefully explain what the work would entail, his recommendations, the warranty, and what the next steps would be if the leaks persisted or if they found decking problems. He was professional and courteous. He told me they would be back on Friday to perform the work. I had to leave the house early on Friday, so I left a check in an envelope. By late morning I received a call from Alberto telling me they were on site and would be able to complete the work before the rains came in later that day. I haven't gone on the roof to check the work, but from street level it looks great. They were able to reuse the existing shingles so the color match was perfect. We've had a few medium intensity rains and so far, no leaks. My only regret is that I forgot to use the Angie's List member coupon I had so carefully printed out, but left on the counter as Alberto was going over the estimate!

I like their work. I need a new roof and their estimate came in way high, higher than anyone else. I did not like the sales person that was sent out. I think that person over-estimated. The person who was sent out to do the repairs was good and I like him. All of the grades reflect the roof repair work.

It turned out fine. They checked out the spot wehre there was a leak. They also repaired some flashing. We have had some hot weather and a rain storm recently. We had some more leaks pop up, but they were not in the same spot. Our roof will need to be replaced soon. The day that they did the work, it was quite cold and they were up there for a couple hours. This was the second time we have used them.

It was fine. We liked another company, who had a lower price, better so we went with them.

They did a fantastic job. They educated me on replacements of roofs. They had a crew come out and point our how much of roof was rotten and where plywood would need to be replaced. They did a fantastic job. When they ere gone, you couldn?t even tell there were here except that the roof looks beautiful.

called into office for an estimate. was introduced to Travis less than 24 hours later. timely and professional. took pictures and discussed repair options needed and solutions available. negotiated a fair price, and scheduled the repairs for one week later. travis called twice ahead of date to confirm appointment due to weather. arrived as scheduled. repairs completed in 5-6 hours. very courteous and professional. contacted office to pay for service. accepted angies list coupon with pleasure. could not have been more polite. overall, ... more than i was wanting to pay, but the value offered was more than i expected. reputable and trustworthy.

I think they are great. They are punctual. It was always easy to get in contact with the representative. I have recommended them to others.

Dr. Roof was punctual and did the highest quality work, both visually and constructively. I highly recommend Dr. Roof for roofing and repairs, which they did 5 or 6 years previously.

Dr. Roof came to our property to provide an estimate on replacing 5 skylights. During the appointment they took all the required measurements and then we never heard from them again. Very disappointing to say the least. And, an indicator of future performance.

Excellent job. Punctual, professional, honest. The rep could have ripped me off by suggesting higher priced services but he suggested a less expensive alternative to my roofing problem then did the job right.

They did a fine job. I had them quote me on a roof replacement as well, although I did not go with them.

We went with another company in the end, as the other company was able to do additional chimney work for us. However, I had no complaints and would use them again.
