Inspected and repaired roof leak on my house. They did a thourough job inspected the roof and presented alternatives to fix the issue. After all the recent rain we've had, the roof is dry. this is the second time they completed a repair, timely, and completely.

Mr. Roof repaired my leaking roof. So far, so good, we've had continuous rain over the past few weeks and the repairs are holding up well.

I had them remove gutters from the rear of my house that were damaged and hanging off. They removed the gutter and repaired the damage to the eaves including carpentry,painting and caulking. The two gentlemen were very careful and thorough. My house is 2 stories with a full basement built into a hill, so the rear of my house, where they worked, is 3 stories tall. They got right to work and didn't waste any time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Roof. They impressed me starting with the gentleman that came out to my house to give me the estimate, which they did not exceed, to the final workmanship.

Fixed a leak no one else could fix!

Excellent experience. I'd used 2 other providers prior to Dr. Roof, and neither one was able to find the source of the leak. Not only did Dr.Roof find the source, but the roof was repaired in such a way that I could not even tell that work had been done on the roof! Rainy weather conditions caused a delay in Dr.Roof's response, however it was well worth the wait. One of the providers, prior to using Dr.Roof, told me that I needed and entire new roof. That didn't set well with me, being that the roof is only 9 years old. Dr.Roof informed me that I had another 7 -8 years minimum left on the roof. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with this company. When I learned we needed a new roof, I began to investigate all the aspects of roofing a home. I visited Dr. Roof's website because a friend of mine had used this company - over 10 years ago. I found their site to be very educational - which really helped me. Because all of my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly, professionally, and in a timely manner, I decided to use this company. Everyone I spoke to was very professional in their approach. I can't say enough about the crew who completed the work on our home. They came early and left late, were diligent, worked hard, and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. My neighbors (who are very detail oriented) have a clear view of the back portion of our roof - and they periodically watched the progression of the work. They made a point to contact me on more than one occasion and relay how impressed they were with the work ethic of the crew and the workmanship as well.

we have not done anything yet because of other things on the to-do list, but Dr. Roof was great at everything they provided us with.

I called and scheduled for Monday, and was told Justin would be the rep. He arrived on time and inspected the roof. He explained what I would need and what it would cost. We scheduled it for Friday of the same week. He explained that I did not need to be there for him to begin. On Friday, Justin called to say he was on the way. He arrived and started the planned work before I got home. When I arrived, he showed me the damaged shingles he had removed. My roof has faded a bit and Justin showed me two shades of my same shingles(new ones), and offered to go pick up a third shingle that might match. I chose one of the two he had with him. They look fine. He also suggested replacing and sealing the pipe boot without removing the shingles around it since they appeared to be in good shape, and the new ones would not be a perfect match. This cost $150 less and maintained the color continuity of the roof. I have used them several times before I joined Angie's List, and I would definitely use Dr. Roof again.

I called three different roofers for estimates. DR Roof was not the most expensive nor were they the cheapest. But they were the most detailed in the estimate. One roofer gave a bid from the ground. Not DR Roof. I got a complete inspection from on top of the house the way it should be done. They tore off the old shingles and replaced 19 sheets of underlayment.....more than i was expecting. But they did it right. No complaints. That was a variable on the price you cannot measure until the work is underway. Te crew worked for two long days and did a really good job cleaning up. I really like the way our new roof looks and would reccomend these folks to anyone.

The person that came out was very professional and friendly. He spoke with me and got a description of the problem. Then he got his ladder and climbed up onto the house and inspected the area suspected of causing the problem. The previous owners had the roof replace several years ago and the person from Dr. Roof said that the flashing didn't appear to have been replaced. He gave me an estimate and then I thought it over and called them back and schedule them to replace the flashing. I haven't seen anymore leaks since then. I think that they did a great job on the repairs. Not to spoil this review but I did find a whole bunch of nails on the edge of my driveway and these nails that had a large plastic head on them all around the base of one of my bushes next to the driveway where I found all of the roofing nails. I know that I didn't leave them there and I'm just glad that I didn't run over one of those nails or step on one with my bare feet. I highly recommend Dr. Roof but if you have them do any repairs for you then please check carefully around your driveway and in your decorative garden areas so that you don't accidentally step on one, run over one with your car, or accidentally poke yourself if you are planting in your garden areas. I do highly recommend them though as I think that they do good roofing work just not necessarily a complete cleanup job.

They came out for an estimate. They provided a competitive price and I have the written estimate but they have never followed up with me.

The roof looks nice and that was the color I picked up. I was later told that couple of other people looking over to see if I needed gutters and knocking down the chimney cost me couple of hundred dollars which was too much. I was kind of annoyed as I was told from one of those people that they put in ridge bands with are apparently sets but I needed some sort of intake which would have been bends and that was never mentioned to me. I just learnt about it and was looking it up on the internet which said about the same thing. In the meantime I heard the metal ladder which I could here and somebody was walking on my roof and I got there and it was a guy from Mr. Roof taking a guy up there to show him the roof without calling me or knocking on the door or anything which I thought was not good. So I called them to come down and asked him about the bends where he kind of shrugged me off and laughed at me and said not to spend a lot of time on internet which I had been asking him questions. Then couple of days later he called me up and asked whether I liked to put in those sets which really pissed me off. Somebody pointed out to me that I didn’t have a chimney in the front and when I looked there wasn’t. Then when I asked him about it he said that he had already paid the dumpster for taking down two chimneys.

Dr. Roof did not give us the lowest price, but we chose them due to their reputation. And they did not disappoint. Our new roof took 4 days. They arrived at 7:00 a.m. and worked until it was too dark. I have never seen people work this hard. I felt like each step was expertly done. Dr. Roof has crews that have been together for years, so they know what they're doing. And it shows. We are going to use them for some repairs and window replacement, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful, we were extremely pleased with the outcome they were on time and worked quickly and did everything they said they were going to do!

It was pretty good, the guy was straightforward with me but my only concern was that I will have to have him come back out because the problem wasn't fixed. There were 2 problems: he fixed one of them and the other one he thought he fixed and I called him back and he said that he can fix it but if he does it, it will be outside the scope of what I purchased and it would cost extra, which I don't know if that was right or not but at least he was up front with it. I thought the price was high because for what I paid it's still leaking.

They did an excellent job with the repairs. The repairs lasted until I finally had to get a new roof. They are one of the more expensive ones though.

Dr. Roof has always impressed me with their thoroughness and customer focus. About 8 years ago, I chose them to replace my roof because they took the time to photograph damage and explain my options. The same happened after a June storm that uprooted a 80' oak tree that punctured my roof where it fell. Due to the backlog of storm related business, they couldn't fix the problem totally, but they did come out within 24 hours to put a tarp over the hole (additional charge). Today Jeff and a helper came at 8 AM as promised and were finished by 10 AM. As before, I was shown before/after pictures of the damaged area. Great service and a great price.

took a while to get the work done with rain coming in the roof. Could not come out for more than 3 weeks after the initial call. Repairs require quicker turn around. Young man they sent out was very nice and did a good job. We would be happy to have him come do additional work.

Exceptional in every way. On site supervisor (Hector) was outstanding. Found additional water damage that he helped with additional insurance claim payment. Dr. Roof is just the best.

Well its been raining all month long and thus far no leaking. So far so good.

Excellently. They did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. Hector was a great representative for the company, friedly, courteous., and at pains to ensure that everything was done (and explained) to our satisfaction. We felt that we were in good hands.

The job went very well. First we got a quote for repairing the roof. The gentleman came out promptly, got up on the roof and gave us the quote. We asked them to come back and give us a quote for replacing the roof. They promptly came back and did the quote for that. They gave us choices of different kinds of roof. They told us which is the lower end, higher end and middle grade and asked us to choose what we wanted. We made the selection. They called us about a week later and gave us the date that they would do the installation. It was about a month that they were able to do the installation. They came on schedule to do the installation and they were here for three days. They did it promptly and we haven't had any issues so far. We got several estimates and they were right in line. The quality of work appears to us that it's very good at this point. They were very responsive and on time. Their professionalism was good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine, they did a good job. They matched the shingles really nicely because the roof was a little bit older and they had to match the busted shingles with the old ones and they matched them beautifully so you cannot tell. We postponed it a couple of times because we had a lot of rains and we knew the roof would be slippery so they were prepared to come a couple of times but we didn't want them to go up the roof. They came once it cleared up basically. I think we had them paint some underneath corners so the service included a little extra service but it was something that we couldn't get to because of the height. They did it for a small extra fee but it was certainly reasonable. We have no complaints, they were most accommodating and everything worked out really well and the roof has been fine, no leaks, nothing blew off and it has been weeks. I'll definitely use them in the future.
