Completed job in three days that included rain delays. Work was checked daily by a Dr. Roof supervisor.

I used Dr. Roof because of the experience I have had with this firm for around 25 years. They have always performed well, are very professional (that goes for everybody including the front office employees), and most of all, they stand behind their work. Since there was only one contractor involved, I let Dr. Roof tell me the order they wanted to this job. It was divided in sections in the order of windows/siding, painting, roof/skylight, gutters/down-spouts. This really made the whole project stress-free. If any problems come up, there is only one entity to deal with. I virtually had no problems. Their estimates were very accurate. The employees who did and supervised the work were exceptionally competent. There was really only one hic-up, and that was a crack that appeared in a custom made double pane window a couple of weeks after installation. Dr. Roof promptly replaced it. I have seen some bad contractors that do the above type of work, and a friend in our area is having to replace a roof that is only 3 years old because of shoddy workmanship. They paid about $15,000 for that roof, had a warranty, but the company had gone out of business. It is a pleasure doing business with a reputable company like Dr. Roof that you can depend on and has a track record to back it up.

After receiving bids from a couple of other providers, I called Dr. Roof who installed the shingles originally. They did a prompt assessment and gave a reasonable price (several hundred less than others). They were insured and bonded. They guaranteed their work. The workers were prompt, courteous and professional. They worked steadily and safely and completed the effort in about 3 hours. Next time I'll choose Dr. Roof first - no questions asked!!

Dr. Roof is an excellent roofing company. They communicated completely before the job started, paperwork and agreements were clear and easy to understand. Every employee we met, from the person who came out to give the estimate to the supervisor on site to the other roofers, were professional and courteous. We were concerned about debris and nails around the house, because we have many flower beds and a fish pond. They covered everything completely and cleaned up perfectly. They communicated about the progress of the job as they went along, were prompt and always responsive.

I hired Dr. Roof at the recommendation of my pest control company, and I was very happy that I did. The company was highly responsive and actually called me asking if I'd like the repairs to be done a week early since they had people in the area. Additionally, they did an excellent job with the repairs, they didn't leave behind any mess, and both of the gentleman with whom I dealt couldn't have been more professional and friendly.

On time arrival, completed in 2 data after-hours estimate of 3 days. Dos a thourgh cleanup. Only negative was the addict storage áreas was covered with sawdust and epidemia chips. However they warned us up front that this would happen. Overall pleased with results.

It was super. Everyone was superb. Daniel, the salesperson, was great, knowledgable, and technical. He sat with us for 2 hours explaining everything. They took care of everything. He was great at explaining what was going on. Hector, the supervisor, came back to check everything after they were finished. We had 3 or 4 quotes and they were the best. The price was also the best. They exceeded the quality.

It was beautiful. The company is A plus. The calls before/after service were great. The foreman came daily to check on the work. They talked to me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They were very polite. They cleaned up, were on time. They talked me through every step of the project. I was very pleased with the service. It went beautifully. They worked very well together with my insurance agent. They do not take payment until the project was complete which was nice.

My wife and I had put off hiring someone because we've had numerous bad experiences in the past. After reading numerous recommendations on Angie's List, hearing about them on the radio, and seeing their A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, we decided to try Dr. Roof. Well, what can I say? They arrived for the estimate and work at the time and days they said they would. They kept us informed all through the process. They worked with us to get the cost within our budget. They corrected any small details - like drips and missed caulking - without question or complaint. We felt they were honest and professional throughout the process. Our house is beautiful and Dr. Roof has restored our faith in contractors.

A tree had damaged shingles on the roof after a storm. We had just received Angie's List's magazine and chose 3 companies to give quotes. Dr. Roof sent out Arturo. Arturo was extremely professional and courteous. He contacted me when he was on his way to our appointment. After a thorough inspection of our roof, he pointed out a number of other issues that required attention and showed pictures he had taken of them. After receiving all 3 quotes, I chose Dr. Roof because their pricing was competitive and Arturo's attention to detail gave me confidence that the job would be done well. He even emailed me all the photos he took. On the day the repairs were to be done, Dr. Roof's people arrived much earlier than the appointment time. Ordinarily, I would have been thrilled but we were all still asleep when the hammering started. Still, I was impressed. They completed their job in a few hours and were gone. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Roof. Courteous, punctual, detailed, competitive pricing, easy payment processing... and our roof looks great!

Dr. Roof made the appt. for someone to come out to assess what needed to be done. Jeff came for the appt. on time very nice and checked everything. Discussed what needed to be done and wrote an estimate of the cost for the work. He told me that someone would call to schedule the work. The office called and scheduled the work to be completed within the next 2 days. The crew of 2 arrived to do the job on time and on the day it was scheduled. They were done in just a few hours, cleaned up and were on their way. Everything was good, I would use Dr. Roof again.

This is the second time that I used their service. The first time was a preventive maintenance package a few years ago. The more recent visit was to fix a leak. It was a great experience and I will call them again in the future if I have another problem.

We at 770-BAM-TREE had a minor mishap - craning a large dead branch --- oops branch broke and went through the customer's roof and damaged the gutter. Called Dr. Roof - spoke with Leigh - she got someone out there the very same day. Got it fixed and sent us pictures of the repairs. Dr. Roof was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Will use them and recommend them in the future!! Thank you Dr. Roof for making 770-BAM-TREE look good!!

Overall roof problems are due to defective (Atlas) shingles. Dr. Roof assisted with cost recovery by saving example, defective shingles.

Excellent. Very nice work. One of the few roofing companies in metro Atlanta that actually will repair cedar shake roofing. I would highly recommend this group for future work!

A gutter cleaning company reported to me that they observed broken shingles and damaged ridge caps on my roof. I have used Dr Roof previously with excellent results for roof, chimney cap, and exterior brick veneer leak repairs, so I gave Dr Roof a call. Cathy was the first to take my call. Because I thought I may have had storm damage, she, at my request, referred me to Teri, who scheduled a storm damage specialist to inspect my roof. Kip, who came the next day, observed the roof damage described to me and said that my 15-year-old roof did not show signs of storm damage. I live on a mountain and high winds likely broke the "tabs" off of several shingles; and, age likely caused the ridge cap issues. I did not need emergency repairs. He said my roof, overall, was in "great shape," and he recommended a standard repair job. At my request he reported his observations to the office, and James was sent out to examine my roof and he gave me a repair estimate, which, at my request, included changing the pipe boot caps as preventive leak maintenance. Leigh scheduled repairs to be done the next week, and Eddie came out early in the morning and did all of the repairs for the estimated price. All of the Dr Roof office staffers and technicians are prompt and excellent. I used Dr Roof's Angie's List monthly publication discount coupon to come to my final reported cost. I highly recommend Dr Roof. I have two friends in different parts of the Atlanta Metro Region that have used Dr Roof and they are all highly complimentary of the company.

Use Dr. Roof if you want a roofer that stands by its work. Dr. Roof replaced our roof. Afterwards, at my request, Dr. Roof came out three times to help me investigate an air quality issue that seemed to be related to the roof work. Each time the Dr. Roof personnel were courteous, professional and helpful. As a result of their assistance I was finally able to trace the cause to a failed roof vent joint inside a wall. I say failed instead of broken because the two PVC pipes separated cleanly; and there is nothing to make me believe that Dr. Roof did anything unusual to the roof vent. I filed a claim with Dr. Roof, which they paid promptly and without argument. Besides this, - People from Dr. Roof were courteous and helpful throughout the project. - The sales process went smoothly, even though I amended the scope of work twice. - On the installation day, the crew knew about the contract amendments and installed the roof exactly as planned.

I have never given a review on someone I didn't use, but we were so impressed with this company that I wanted everyone to know their integrity in an industry that doesn't always have integrity. We had decided to get 2 opinions/estimates on roof replacement. The 1st company came out Wednesday....gave us quite a bit of information and said we needed a new roof. He actually said all of it wasn't bad, but because the shingles are no longer available, they would replace the entire roof for $12,200. Martin from Dr. Roof came on Thursday, and immediately said the roof looked good from the street. We told him our concerns, he inspected the roof and said it did not need to be replaced and might even last another 10 years. He gave us the name of a company that will come out to clean your roof and gutters. (We have scheduled them for next week). He said that should do the trick aesthetically, and otherwise we're in good shape. We are so impressed with this company that they can be assured they will get our business when the time comes.

Martin Shepherd was very professional and helpful in providing information before contract signing. He explained the different things we could expect. We Highly recommend him. They removed the old roof, replaced any rotted materials, as well as a few other items which are now required by law. They cleaned up the mess, which we didn't think would be possible after seeing it the first day, BUT they did and it looked great! The job was completed to our satisfaction. A couple of things to do to benefit your experience. If purchasing the 25 year installation warranty, ask for timeline of when GAF will visit. We are still waiting on this. Ask to view some recent roofs to determine which color is best for you. We did this, and are very glad that we did! The pewter color looked right on the GAF app, but wasn't when we looked at recently completed roofs. We used charcoal instead. This is a good company that we would use again!

Everything was good and they did a good job. I didn't compare their prices. I will call them again.

We had a bit of trouble in scheduling the work date due to the busy season initially but the work done was decent.

I was very pleased with Dr. Roof. I was happy with the finished work. The worker was extremely neat.

The job went entirely as promised. The work required a skilled carpenter, along with roofing & painting experience. 25' of soffit and fascia were heavily damaged, along with the roof surface and underlying support beams & guttering. A team arrived on-site and immediately proceeded to make the proper repairs; repairs that 2 other companies had previously failed to complete correctly due to lack of skill. Dr Roof completed the job in a way that makes the repaired area good as new. Great job!
