They did some work for me, and it went fine.

The service was fine. They were good. The cost of the service was like a hundred bucks. It was cheap. I think they were honest. They showed up on time. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They specifically said that I do not really need to do this so there was no reason for them to do it and let them do the repairs. They said that my roof is good for another few years and they would not do more work at that point.

They did a good job. I think that the workers that they sent out did very well and they made sure all the leaks were repaired and covered took their time and covered the roof and took their time so I'm pleased with the service.They did very well, they came in and fixed it. I had some problems with them some things were good and I had some problems went without explanation.

They came on time when they finally got it scheduled.

I've used them a number of times, they were excellent otherwise I wouldn't continue to use them I will continue to use them in the future and that applies to everything they ever did for me. To seal a nail hole on the roof and they check the entire roof and I didn't go up there to see but they said they sealed any possibility of any possible nail hole working up.

I've used them a couple of times. It was great. They always do a great job. It was between one and $2000. They're certainly not the cheapest around, but they do a really good job.

Very good! The price was fair because it was a huge roof.

Started on time, minimal disruption to our home routine, came will all needed supplies and completed in two mornings as planned...on estimate.

They were so professional and pleasant to deal with -- I've had them coming back every year to clean my gutters.

The work was fine--we have no leak and they cleaned up well. The only problem we had was that we were scheduled for the work a week ahead of time, and no one showed up or called. When we called at the end of the day asking why no one came, the comment was that they must have been tied up on another job and we would have to reschedule--which we did.

Overall pretty well. They did a good job on the roof. They did ruin our gutter guards which we now have to replace. I know this was my ultimately my responsibility, but I think they should have reminded me up front that if they removed them, the warranty would be voided and that they were not responsible for any damage or not reinstalling them properly. It seems that would be standard procedure to give the customers fair warning.

Excellent job. Arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the process. Cleaned everything up. Roof looks great.

The job took a bit longer than I anticipated, but the quality of the work was excellent and they cleaned up everything upon completion. The workers sent out were very friendly and answered all my questions. A project manager called me the day after the job was done to be certain everything went as expected which was an unexpected nice touch (he stated he stopped by to personally inspect the work). Given the price and quality of work, I would hire them again.

He did a terrific job. He was very professional and efficient. We haven't had any problems since and it also improved the appearance of our roof.

If I were to grade just on the exterior of the house, I would give an A. The work looks great and the trim is beautiful. However, I have to grade down to a C for two reasons: first, getting the job done took WEEKS. We had difficulty getting them to come out, and then to schedule a date when they could complete the work. Although the siding itself took just a couple of days, the trim took more than an extra week, and the gutters weren't back up until about three weeks after the siding was done. Finally, we have a spare bedroom we hardly ever go into. Last week I went into the bedroom to clean and there are two holes in the interior drywall under the window where they bolted clear through the wall. It's probably too late to ask them to fix it - we'll do it ourselves. I would use them again but would check EVERYWHERE - inside and out - before approving the finished work.

On time and on budget. Work was done promptly, as promised, with constant calls for updating status and installation date.

Very well. One note... Because of the nature of the beast, one doesn't always know what is going on under the roof with the plywood. In the contract it said that any plywood that needed to be replaced would cost $48 each replacement. I understood that to mean $48 per sheet of plywood and I was not that worried understanding the number of pieces on my roof. Apparently I was mistaken and it was $48 for EACH replacement, regardless of the size of the board. As a result, I had charges of about $2,100 more than I had anticipated. Frankly, I think there could be better communication about that beforehand and during the work when the workers are actually figuring out what to replace and what not to. Nonetheless, I talked with my sales guy, Martin, and he made some adjustments and my final bill ended up being about $1,500 more than I had originally anticipated, which I was happy with. The roof looks great, the crew did a nice job of cleaning up when they left and in the middle of the June heat they finished the job in about 3 days, which is impressive. And, maybe most importantly, they didn't trample on my wife's roses... which would have resulted in my testing out the roof in the doghouse for a week. I'd certainly recommend Dr. Roof but would suggest getting some clarity on the plywood issue. Not sure it's a Dr. Roof issue per se, I think it's an industry standard that just needs better communication.

I made a call to Dr. Roof (one of 3 estimates) to give me a price on replacing my roof which was losing shingles. The estimator was prompt for his appointment and completed his inspection and measurements. About a week later a lady from Dr. Roof made an appointment to provide the bid details for the job. The explanation was very clear and showed me numerous options. She promise the entire process would be turn key for me. She was correct. Due to the condition of the roof, Dr. Roof worked directly with my insurance company. The estimator met directly with my adjuster and his inspectors. This meeting was seemless and easy to arrange with Dr. Roof. After signing the contract, I had to wait about two weeks before the roofing team arrived to do the job. A couple of days before the roofers arrived, I was contacted by my Project Manager. He told what to expect for the next few days and was available to handle any issues. He let me know when the supplies would arrive and where they would be put. My only job was to inspect the delivered shingles to confirm the color. The roofing job took 3 full days. All went as planned until day 3, when a popup thunderstorm hit us. The roofers had only a few minutes to escape a storm of Biblical proportion--seriously, this storm just appeared over my house and dumped buckets of rain, hail and lot of lightening. Unfortunately, so much rain came down that I found some staining of the ceiling in my living room and bedroom. I showed the staining to my Project Manager, who said that Dr. Roof's Interior Team would handle the repair. They did. The repairs were handled very promptly and completely to my satisfaction--without even having to recontact anyone. Also, Dr. Roof did not expect payment until the repairs were completed to my satisfaction! I really appreciated this, because it reinforced their commitment to getting the repair handled quickly and not cutting corners. After the job was completed, all of the roofing materials were cleaned up in my yard very well. Honestly, I did not find more that a couple of nails in the grass. Dr. Roof was pretty careful to cover my bushes with tarps, so there was no damage to the exterior of the house or the vegitation. My roof is now done. My roof seems watertight and no leaks have appeared. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and pleased with the service I received. This is a good company to work with. My roof looks good and I have no complaints.

We have not seen any signs of a leak since then and we have not had the heavy rain that we experienced when we realize we had a leak. At this point in time, everything is fine. The price seems fair to me. We had trouble scheduling it. They were on-time. If the leak does not come back, I will use them again. They could have greeted me a little bit better at the front door when they arrived. I do not know the degree to which they spoke English. They were two Spanish gentlemen and there was a little bit of difficulty communicating so they could make that better. They could have cleaned up after themselves better. I got a flat tire from one of the nails they left.

It was okay. They started out good; they didn't finish real strong. Price was fine. The roof is fine but they didn't come back and do the finishing stuff like they were supposed to. They didn't come back and turn the edges like they said they would. They didn't come back and fix a hood that they were supposed to put back on. I had to call them once that it leaked and they came out, then they said they need to come out with some caulk, they never came back out. If I call, they'll come. They are nice when you get them out there but I just wished they come back when they say they were going to. I would use them again not because of their quality but, yes because sometimes they do somethings that other companies won't do. It depends on the job. They should have come back like they said they would without me having to call them.
