I was about to close (seller) on a house when mold was found in the basement during the inspection. This was news to me and I had a little over a week to get it taken care of! I spoke with Spencer, and a couple of other companies, about my timeline and the need to have the mold remediated in order to close. Spencer came out on a Saturday to meet me and spent well over an hour educating me, how it got to this point, and what could have been done to prevent it so that it could be prevented in the future. Because of my situation he gave me a few different options in getting the problem resolved in order to be cost effective. I must admit, these guys were the most expensive of the three quotes I got (not by a lot). BUT, they were far and above any of the companies when it came to experience, certifications, and flexibility in working with a tight timeline. I would not hesitate to recommend 3 Lions to anyone that asks. These guys are true professionals that take their work seriously. Thank you for the job well done!

Very Professional and got the job done.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a $60K claim on a custom built home. I went through the normal routes and was taken advantage of during the process. I have never met a company in this field who pays more attention to detail, protects the homeowner, or seemed to ACTUALLY care. Anyone who has an issue in an area they cover, this is my first recommendation and I don't do that for just anyone. You will never be disappointed or feel so much like you have someone not out for themselves. If you want a personal review, I am providing my contact information to share.

Excellent service and price.

Had high hopes. Spencer seemed very customer service oriented. Promised test results and a report a week after testing. After a week I followed up as to the status of the report and he apologized saying they were busy in SC due to floods there and would send the report the next week, I followed up again after not receiving and he then told me it was written but he was unable to send as he was out of town but would when he returned. Followed up again the next week and he did not bother to even respond. Followed up yet another week and advised that I would ask only one more time before I shared this negative experience. That was last week and still no response nor report after 6 weeks since engaging.
