The provider was on time and completed the work well and timely.

Went great, very professional, cleaned up after themselves, answered all my questions.

The did the repair on one unit that was not working but did not look at the other units. This may have been a mis-communication - not sure. Still the service technician did not ask about looking at the other two AC units when we presented the Angie's List certificate.

It was good. Everything worked out well. The guy who came out knew what he was doing and walked us through everything. He told us what he was thinking and let us know how much longer our unit would last. He also did a couple of things he didn’t have to without charging us. We have used them before and they have always been nice and don’t charge you an arm and a leg.

A WASTE OF TIME! Our AC was not working. It would run just fine but was not cooling. R. S. Andrews came out and replaced the refrigerant and indicated that there was a small leak in our refrigerant line and that we should get it replaced. The initial service person (Kenny) was courteous and friendly but the service charge was expensive at $445. We then scheduled for R.S. Andrews to return and give us an estimate on a new refrigerant line. Chris Andrews came to the house and provided a written quote for a completely new system including a refrigerant line and suggested that we replace the whole system, quoting $3859.00 for both. When we indicated that we were not interested in having a new system put in, just replacing the refrigerant line, he quoted a price for the new line only at $595.00 He gave us the ?hard sell? for the new system, saying that he had 33 years in the business and he knew our system would need replacing sometime in the next few years. He left us with the quote to consider. Following that, we called Chris to let him know that we were not going to purchase a whole new system and wanted to schedule the installation of just the new line for $595.00, at which point he said that he had quoted the new line incorrectly and that they would not be able to do the work for less than $1,050.00. When we asked why there was a change in price, he indicated that he had called back into his office and was told $595.00 was not enough. Given that he has 33 years in the business, we thought he should know what to quote for something like a new refrigerant line. When we asked him to honor the existing, written quote of $595.00, he said that he couldn?t make that decision and requested that we call the R. S. Andrews office and speak with Ralph Brooks. We then called and spoke with Ralph Brooks and explained the situation. Ralph was no greater help, saying that Chris was out of town and that he would need to see the quote given to us by Chris. We then faxed the quote (which was signed by Chris Andrews) over to Ralph Brooks. Ralph then called us back to say that he couldn?t install a new refrigerant line for any less than $1200.00. THE PRICE KEPT GOING UP!! Ultimately, we decided not to move forward with R.S. Andrew at all because we had absolutely no confidence that the work would be performed correctly given that they didn?t honor their quote, nor were they consistent in pricing ? not trustworthy. THIS PROCESS WAS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

Showed up on time, did the work in an timely manner, cleaned up and left.

It was pretty good. They provided advise on things that would be expensive to do. The tenant was pleased.

Provider arrived on time. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Explained the issue, required repairs and cost. Finished timely and did not leave a mess to be cleaned up afterwards. All issues were resolved.

Looked for a Leak, cut a hole in my ceiling and tub. Determine the leak was in the shower. Now I have a hole in the side of the tub and looking to get it replaced.

The technicians are polite and appear to be competent (how would I know, except if the system failed). The system did ?fail? six months after they took over; it cost me $2500 to get it ?fixed?. Did they cause it, or fix it? I don?t know. I do know that the office staff and scheduling is terrible, and I?m glad I?ll never have listen to their loud and obnoxious Muzak again. Now, November 2014, they are asking for another $900 to re-route my vents.

Everything including scheduling was convenient, easy and great.

Purchased the Big Deal but the next day I didn't need the service. RS Andrews was professional about the whole thing.

They indicated that there will be a diagnostic charge of $59. We purchased the coupon thinking we were going to get $200 worth of work done, but they told us that the coupon will only be worth $140 because the $59 will be assessed against the coupon.

I called to ask it how much they would sell a disposal to me, but the service provider said they could not give that to me over the phone. The lady I spoke with was rude and I did not end up using the deal.

Had an issue with a new sink which required adjustments to the drain system. Quote was over $800. With a bit of research fixed it myself with $10 worth of parts. Also asked them to price replacing a faucet in a bathroom which they quoted at over $200.

Excellent service, and came same day.

It was a good experience the only problem was that all our big deal was not honored and we ended up paying twice.

It went smoothly for the most part. I ended up paying $120.00 more than I was initially quoted. New stops had to be installed to accommodate the bottom drawer of the new vanity. Ben told me he didn't charge me to clear the sink drain. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work and would work with Ben/R.S. Andrews again.

the repairman was timely, professional, courteous and friendly. he repaired my unit in a timely manner, seemingly in a matter of minutes the system was off without cutting the power. i'm very happy with Kenny R.

My husband dealt with them directly, and everything seems to have gone well because he didn't mention any issues with the service.

The plumber did an excellent job and provided some good advice on changes in my plumbing prior to any future plans to finish my basement.
