We have purchased the additional items and are in the process of scheduling him to come back and do the installation.

The staff did a great job quickly identifying the area in need of replacement and had the parts on hand to fix the broken valve. All work was done in a prompt but complete manner. Would recommend RS Andrews again for projects.

Fixed two flappers in the toilet system but the cost was very high. Note mentioned that it was a complete toilet overhaul which it was not. The tech was friendly and advised on other items and was kind to provide some other guidance

They came and they were very clean. They were very conscientious about respecting my home without walking and scratching anything that they may have stepped before coming into my home. Their prices were not as competitive. The pricing wasn't as good. They initially looked at the wrong furnace and unhooked something in the wire which prevented the other furnace from working. I thought I was having another problem with another furnace. When they looked the wrong furnace, they disconnected some wire that they did not replace.

suggested to replace two capacitors. estimate $300. Technician came back next day to fix the disconnected cable during tune-up service.

I would not use RS Andrews again for true.

I'm a little disappointed that they just never got back. They came out here. My one air conditioning unit wasn't working. They never checked the other one. He told me I had to replace everything. We had three or four different people come out because we wanted to get the best price. The Freon on the one that was working was way down. But he never even checked it. I could have had him fix that while he was here. He just came and said, "Oh you've got to get new ones. You can't fix this." He should have at least put Freon on the one that was working. At least it would have been a trip out that they accomplished something. I have two air conditioning units because I have a big house, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The one downstairs was working but it was costing me an arm and a leg. We almost went without air conditioning for the last two months because it was so expensive. When we had more people come out, they said, "Well, you need Freon on that." I'm like, "Why the heck didn't that guy do that, at least on the one that was working?" I didn't know that when he was here. I was a little frustrated. If someone was considering using them, I would tell them, if they've got two air conditioning units to make sure they check both of them. He was nice and pleasant and told me to buy two new air conditioning units.

Prompt, professional and knew what he was doing. Sometimes you have a service provider come out and you can tell they don't really have the confidence or know what they are doing. I would use R.S. Andrews again based on this experience.

Install went fine.? Price unreasonable.

I told them that I had a 2 story ceiling fan but when they came he said he needed a longer ladder.? So, we had to reschedule.? On the day of the installation they did not show and we were told that it was a scheduling error.? When they finally installed the fan they did a good job.? Also, I had to pay extra above the coupon.? Not sure if I would use them again.

This was fine. I actually found a locally company that gave me information that they didn’t have to do the repair. They did what they said they would do. They said there was a lot of things that needed repaired and it was over rated and they wanted to charge me $1000 for what I got $300 for.

R.S. Andrews got the job done. It took a couple of visits because the pipe to be fixed was an outdoor pipe that is not usually in stock. The gas line went to two items in our backyard. After completing the fix, they tested one item and forgot the other. Called them, and they came back and fixed the second item. They were easy to reach, and good about calling back; professional; clean. Negatives were that I purchased an Angie's list coupon and they were confused as to which one. They charged me for the service visit after my husband had already paid with a check; I am still waiting for the refund.

They were excellent across the board. The efficiency, time, and quality of work was great. I have no complaints.

The tech quickley found the problem which happened to be a straw to a sippy cup blocking the flow of water through the pipes. there was no extra charge other than the deal that i had purchased through the site which was an added bonus.

As always my transformer went out over the weekend and it was a hotlanta summer. I had to call these guys to come and replace the transformer, weekend charges $150 plus the d*** transformer he charged around $350. GIven my situation and family in town I had to go for it, although the rate was exorbitant the transformer I googled should be no more than $80, but in any case complained about it later to RS Andrews and the manager was helpful and I got a credit for $50, this was something but overall I feel it was still too expensive.

The price was pretty high. The service was pretty good but the price was pretty high. I would probably not use them again because of the price.

I had to call them back because one of the sinks was leaking. I was surprised there were additional charges. There was a stopped up drain in the sink. I thought it would be covered but it wasn't. That took awhile to come back to fix the leak. They could have done better.

I was shocked at the price of the service - a $150 toilet cost me $550 to have it installed.......... AND the provider had to go to the store to purchase the toilet when I assumed they would have some on their truck. Then the one he installed was cracked so he had to go back to the store to get another one. Technician was polite and professional. Would not use provider again simply because of the price they charge for such a simple service.

The technician was professional and informative. He was able to quickly find the problem and order to parts to get the pump replaced. I plan on using them again in the future.

Very good.? This is my second repair from RS Andrews.? Highly recommend them.

That one was good. He came out around September. I don't remember but I think he charged me more than the deal price, $50 I think. I will have to look at my paperwork, I'm not sure. I didn't have no worse experience and the best is that he listened to what I said.

I wasn't there when he came, my husband was and was impressed with the service. My husband even appreciated the fact that he showed him how to reset the garbage disposal. I plan on using this company again to replace 2 toilets in my home. I'm not sure of the date they came out.

This company did a great job of figuring out what was wrong with my furnace and why my family and I were not getting heat, I was extremely happy with their service and they were in and out in less than an hour.

Great. Worked with us to accommodate all our needs through large renovation. All the guys, plumbing, eletric, hvac, were super friendly and professional. Josh and Jaime answered all of our questions and tried to work with our budget. They were over the house constantly and were always respectful. 6 months later, we are still very happy with the work. The owner, Ben, was very responsive when issues came up and finances during the renovation got hectic. I recommend RS Andrews to friends and family now because it's such a reliable and understanding small business. They might be a little more expensive for some things, but it's worth the money because they will do it right, and if there's an issue they make sure the customer is satisfied at the end of the day, which gave us a huge piece of mind.

I received a free estimate for the work prior to purchasing the Angie's list deal. On both visits to my home, they were timely, polite, and professional. They were also very helpful in answering any questions I had. I would definitely use them again.
