Description of Work: Repaired an upstairs toilet water shut off valve. Found that my water pressure was too high due to a faulty regulator. Offered to replace the regulator for $600, but I opted out. Later bought one at Home Depot for $65 and installed myself. Very professional nice person but felt price was a little high
