 + 0 moreIn Winter 2009, Circle G was informed by HOA that the trees were not thriving. HOA was told by Circle G that the trees were in a dormant state and HOA was asked to contact Circle G in Spring 2010 if trees did not "perk up." In Spring 2010, HOA contacted Circle G to inform them that the trees were dying (all but 2 dead) and to discuss the warranty and replacement of trees. Circle G refused to honor warranty despite HOA following all maintenance instructions. As of Sept 2010, no refund on trees has been received and no warranty work was provided. This Angie's List member is a current member of the Vinings Mill HOA.
Description of Work: The Vinings Mill West HOA purchased a total of 85 Leyland Cypress trees with a one year warranty. Trees were planted by a subcontractor and warranty was given based on proper maintenance (watering, fed) as instructed by seller. The HOA contracted with a third party to maintain the trees based on the instructions from Circle G Farms & Nursery. Drip lines were also installed (per Circle G recommendation) at an added expense.
