I have had a great experience. I am never there when they deliver it. The charge varies depending on how much water you get. I like that it is very easy. They are happy to leave it where I want to leave it, or they bring it in, and the water comes in glass bottles.

The customer service at their office is great. Every delivery person that I have spoken with has been fantastic. The best part is the water, which is amazing and tastes delicious as water should. We love our Lipsey water. I rent a water cooler and have approximately 2 bottles of water delivered every 2 weeks for 2 adults. It is so much more convenient and environmentally friendly than buying individual plastic bottled water. The water cooler also has a hot water dispensing setting which is great for making a cup of tea, or when you need hot water for a recipe.

I think Lipsey is great. I like bottled water in glass bottles. I think the taste is much better. Chad, who delivers our water, is very prompt, professional, and helpful. I've used another bottled water company for years and much prefer Lipsey.
