Bad customer service!
Description of Work: HORRIBLE!!! I called this company b/c they are "locally family owned business". They have not completed the job a week later and no one will return my calls. I have sent emails with pictures, left VM's etc....and no response. DO NOT USE CHAMBLEE FENCE CO. !!!

VERY RESPONSIVE. CAME BACK TO GIVE US A NEW ESTIMATE AFTER OUR HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION DID NOT APPROVE OF THE ORIGINAL FENCE PLACEMENT. PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FOREMAN SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH AND SPANISH. ONLY MINOR ISSUE WAS A NUMBER OF CIGARETTE BUTTS WERE LEFT IN THE YARD. MIDDLE OF THE PACK ON ESTIMATES (THE REASON FOR THE ''B'' FOR PROFESSIONALISM).
Description of Work: FENCED BACK YARD, PRESSURE-TREATED PINE, BUILT ON SITE (DID NOT USE PREFAB PANELS), TWO GATES.

ULTIMATELY, THE MANAGER TRIED TO FIX EVERYTHING, BUT IT WAS SIX WEEKS LATER AND THE DOG HAD ALREADY DIED, SO IT WAS POINTLESS TO PUT A RUSH ON THINGS. I THINK IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING AND THEY DON'T PROCESS IT, THEN EVERYTHING SHOULD BE AN "F". I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: WE PICKED A FENCE FOR THE COMPANY TO INSTALL SO WE COULD LET OUR DOG IN THE BACKYARD. WE HAD THE FENCE APPROVED BY OUR HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION. AFTER THREE TIMES OF CALLING TO CHECK ON THE ORDER, THEY SAID IT WAS IN PROCESS. ON THE FOURTH TIME THAT WE CALLED, THE MANAGER SAID HE HAD NO RECORD OF THE ORDER. I HAD PAID FOR THE ORDER, BUT THEY NEVER PROCESSED THE CHARGE.
