Gary Fox

Gary Fox is a roofer in Irvine or New Port Beach, California that had a warranty on the house we purchased.  He had lots of excuses and didn't do what we asked.  I told the Realtor and previous owner and he got upset and told me that he was going to get around to me, but I was at the bottom of his list.  Six month later I still can't be at the bottom.  I told him that there was a list of people that mentioned him on the Better Business Bureau.  I was like you make me wait and I call somebody else and then you are mad, because I finally said enough is enough.  We even had a second opinion come out here and they said there were so many broken tiles and it would be over $1000 to do the work that the seller had promised and yet he said there is cracked tiles but there is no problem it won't leak.  You were hired to supposively fix it and he tried to say the seller never paid him and it was done for free, it was like the story went on and on.
