MORGANTON CUSTOM CABINETS

They would not return my phone calls. My cabinets were over 3 months late being installed. When they finally came to install my cabinets, they would only bring one or two pieces at a time. When they delivered my island it was not the color we had discussed, and they offered to take it back and repaint it. However my granite installer, plumber, and electrician were all lined up to be at my house the next day because that was the day the island was coming to be installed. I could have sent the island back to have them repaint it, but that would have cost me labor for all of the other sub contractor's for that day and the other day that they would have to come back again. They are terrible to try and make contact with. They will not return phone calls or text messages. My cabinets are not the way that I ordered them. They did not build the cabinets deep enough for my refrigerator and freezer and now I have a big, ugly piece of trim around my refrigerator and freezer. They of course left nail holes in these ugly pieces of trim that they put around the refrigerator and freezer. They did not make the cabinets the correct size to fit my washer and dryer area. They also left out my pull out drawers, and they did not make my drawers soft close as they should have been. Many of my neighbors have complained about Morganton Cabinets also. I am so disappointed in my cabinets. They want to be paid the balance of their cabinets the minute that they bring the last cabinet in. To my fault I trusted that they would fix the things mentioned above, but they will now not return or answer my phone calls. It is now the end of January 2016 and I have been texting and calling them since November 2015. This should not surprise me because they do not answer the telephone at their office and they do not return your phone calls or text messages. We also have several other customers that we built homes and winery tasting rooms for that are not pleased with their cabinets. Morganton Cabinets will not come back out to finish their cabinets either.
