They came and replaced both my units in one day very prompt and professional ! I will recommend them to anybody that needs to stay warm and cool Jordan came out gave me options and made suggestions we think will help our family for a long time Thank you DOZIER for a job well done!!!! This group is the most professional group of people I have worked with. They responded within 5 minutes of service call. They had a technician at my home within 30 min. The quality of work is top of the line. I feel safe and confident knowing my home is in there care.

They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. They didn't try to up-sale me on things I really didn't need. The rep was patient and willing to answer all my questions and did so in language that I could understand. He didn't talk over my head. Very nice, respectful, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. We will continue to use them for maintenance and any future service I need.

They came out on scheduled times for both the estimate and actual installation. Prior to giving me a quote, they checked all the electrical wiring, propane piping and the heating/air duct work. Their estimate gave me more "bang for the buck" compared to the other companies that gave me estimates. Besides the other companies came out, sat in my cold living room and gave me a quote sight unseen. The installation was done professionally and the best part is they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

I was called less than an hour after putting in my request at H/advisor. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate the next morning. Was given a competitive quote and they performed the install the next day. The install crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job was complete. Very good company and would use them again.

I was contacted soon after submitting my search on HomeAdvisor. Connie, the receptionist was very pleasant and courteous. After briefly reviewing my situation with her she informed me that one of their service technicians would be in my area later that afternoon. I was thrilled that they could fit me in on such short notice. The technician, Jordan was very polite, friendly, informative and clean ( I mention this because I've come across some technicians who smell like a cigarette factory and/or come in with dirty shoes and aren't considerate of the home they are servicing). Jordan addressed the issue in a timely manner for a price which I felt was fair. He also mentioned the companies' service agreement that they offer and wrote me up a quote for me to review at a later time with my husband. What was nice was they mentioned the service options, but at no time did I feel like he was trying to pressure me into anything. I would definitely recommend Dozier Heating and Air. On a final note, Dozier is a family run company that has been around for multiple generations. This day and age that is something rare.

From start to finish, very professional and well rounded communication. Immediate response to my requests, informative explanations as to their recommendations, a concern for all of my questions. Three formulated choices based on their knowledge of my home and needs while providing economical and efficient choices. And did I say fast? We began communications on a Wednesday, and my unit was installed on Friday. Thanks Dozier!!

Completely impressed by this company! Called Tuesday for non-emergency A/c problems, set an appointment for Thursday morning. Wednesday they followed up, called me to confirm appointment time/day (*professional). Showed up on time, VERY polite and friendly, addressed the problem quickly, and now my A/c works PERFECTLY! So glad I found this company. I will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend to others!

Polite, professional, on time, minimally invasive. Fantastic customer service and follow up. I was called right away to ensure that everything went well. Family business, not pushy, and they are great. Also, my electric bill was cut in half during the summer months (from over 300 to 150 in an average SFH). It's been a year now and the system still runs great, no problems at all.

This company is family owned and operated and they are very polite and efficient I would hire them for all my needs in heating and air

Totally regrettable. Over priced($8250.00) for job done-replace home central AC/Heating Unit. Requested their best quality unit but work was shoddy (air leaks/seepage around AC unit/insulation), workers were late and the job experienced one delay after another (2 hour lunch/equipment break), unacceptable workmanship/quality controls for the price/charges. I could/should have contracted with another company for the same or similar job and saved at least $3000.00. Bottom line; this company talks a good game but their work and quality is not reflective of the charges.

My A/C went out last night so I called Dozier this morning at 8 am. a technician was at my home fixing my unit at 10am. So wonderful how fast they were able to get here. And on top of that incredible service everyone at Dozier is very friendly! I just called for a repair but was so pleased that I signed up for the on going service plan! They are friendly fast and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
