Outstanding service from everyone at Top Tier Trees! Damon came out and gave us an estimate, we were so impressed with his knowledge, the time he took to explain what should be done and the process, and he gave us a very reasonable quote. The team in the office was extremely helpful and the communication was amazing. The men that came to cut/prune ours trees were wonderful, knew exactly what they were doing, communicated with us, and left our in perfect condition! Top Tier Trees is an exceptional company that I would definitely recommend!

I worked with Damon and his crew from Top Tier Trees to have some trees and stumps removed from the backyard. They did a superb job getting it done in time for me to put up a cedar fence two days later. I definitely would recommend them for any tree removal job.

Great experience! 1.5 giant old oak trees fell on my house and Top Tier Trees was able to get these huge trees off my house with incredible speed. Thank you to Kevin and Top Tier Trees for the incredible work. I am blown away. Because of these trees falling, I am having them remove and cut back trees in front soon. Highly highly recommended!!

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Matthew walked the property with me, very knowledgeable, and determined which trees were dying, dead and diseased. Chapman headed up the crew and they worked like a well oiled machine. It was amazing to see the guys climb the trees. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a "Massive" pine tree in our back yard that had several large cankers in main trunk. and several Large brances. that were dead. I contacted Top Tier Trees and their representive came out and inspected all our trees, and informed us that the tree had to be removed. Top Tier Crew came out, and I was impressed with the skill they used to remove the dead tree, with no damage to House, fence, and shurbs removing all the debris. I would highly recommend their services to homeowners.

Top Tier Trees did beautiful work at my home! Erin gave a knowledgeable and fair quote for the jobs I had and the crew was friendly, courteous and efficient. They even sent a special guy to do the detail work on my Japanese Maples. An irrigation head was damaged during the downing of a large tree and Top Tier had another guy come, locate the needed part and install it before the rest of the job was finished. I will be using them again whenever I need this kind of work and highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their trees!

I honestly can't believe how easy they made it to take care of my dead tree problem! As a realtor and landlord, I know the importance of hiring the right people (with a hefty insurance policy). Damon Clark at Top Tier gave me a true "white glove" service, and I couldn't be more grateful. Not only did he beat the pants off of my other quotes, he fit me into their schedule to appease my neighbor's request to have it done ASAP, as the tree branches were falling into his yard. Although I tried to be there, I didnâ t even have to travel to the property to meet them. I trusted them to â find the dying oneâ and end its life peacefully. Everyone I talked to was tremendously kind and efficient and I love that they sent me their insurance policy immediately after booking a consultation. It gave me a deep sense of security knowing that I would be covered if the tree decided to go rogue on them. These guys are professional, easy to work with, and super nice. The job took about a week to complete and they cleaned my property every night before leaving. They aren't inexpensive but they are the only tree service I will ever use. Their work is amazing. My two neighbors hired them while they were working at my place. We have large properties so each job was a big job and each one was handled perfectly. No damage to the surrounding trees, driveway, house, etc. Great team.

Top Tier Trees is amazing. Each person with whom I dealt was personable, articulate, industrious, and competent. Every request and concern was addressed to our satisfaction. We had many companies come to provide estimates about our planned major tree removal and pruning project. Top Tier Trees was the most reasonable. Top Tier Trees will most assuredly be our "go-to" source for any subsequent needs.

From request, quote, to the service; it was fast and easy experience. My tree, about the height of the house, was really close to the house and they were able to work to prune a few large limbs and give it a great presentable appearance. My house is at the entrance of my neighborhood and sets the visual tone (for visitors) for the rest of the subdivision. Experienced and professional start to finish, it started with Jen up front and the rest of the team followed it up.

Top Tier Trees was AMAZING!!! I really cannot say enough about how wonderful David and his crew were. I had a huge water oak that unfortunately was rotting from the inside out and it needed to be taken down. David was so understanding of how hard this was for us to have to remove this big tree that we loved so much. He and his crew were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and as careful as they could be in trying to do as little damage as they could to our grass. The crew worked incredibly hard all day cleaning up as they went. They had it down....like a well oiled machine. All working so well together to get this done. I would definitely use David and his crew again as well as reccomend them to everyone I know. Wonderful company that takes much pride in what they do!!!

Crews were professional and worked very well together. They were careful around my flower gardens. They explained the situation and condition of each tree very clearly, having a certified arborist on their staff made me understand a lot more. The area was left neat and clean. I have already recommended them to family. Would definitely use again.

Top Tier removed 8 trees - 5 large pines and three smaller trees last week - and once again, their "Green Team" did a wonderful job. This is the third time I've used Top Tier and highly recommend them. Matt met with me to discuss what needed to be done, the time frame, and answered all my questions. Top Tier Tree Service removed a large tree that had taken over my back yard. They came at 8am and were completed by 8:20am. The crew were efficient, professional and left the area clean with a beautiful view. I am confident that Top Tier can handle any job with an excellent outcome, no matter what the challenge.

The crew did a superb job removing 3 huge pine trees from my yard. The tree climber was very skillful and methodical. The crew worked well together and did so safely. My yard was left clean and tidy. The price was fair. This is an exceptional company with an exceptional tree removal crew.

Every employee we have encountered at Top Tier has been very professional and courteous. We got timely responses to our questions and they came out to speak with us in person about the trees on our property. We told them what our concerns were and they addressed those concerns specifically. They also let us know any concerns they noticed regarding other trees. I didn't feel like they were trying to cut them all, but show us why some other trees were questionable. The trees we identified and cut were removed very little damage to the existing yard. There was a huge azalea that needed trimming to get the equipment by but they didn't butcher it. Before they came, our yard guy had just cleaned up the yard and it looked exactly like it did when he got finished after they left. The guys were safe, had nice clean equipment with no issues and were very polite when we had to come and go through their work zone (our yard). I'm 1000% happy with the work, the people, and my yard.

Shoutout to Top-Tier-Trees! I had a dead Water Oak in my small tight backyard and David and team at Top-Tier were able to assist with the permitting and removal of the tree without any harm to fences or neighboring property (which was quite an impressive feat! Will definitely call them again if needed!
