Here are some details about my experience in working with this business.

Top Tier Trees let me know when they were coming, did a thorough job, and cleaned up well after the trees were down.

I was given a quote in my budget. Then, a skilled team showed up and cleared out 4 trees, one of which was about 30’ tall and all of the shrubs in a timely manner. The stump grinder came a couple days later because of weather and finished the job.

Very professional and easy to do business with and communicate with.

Husband and wife team were very friendly. The actual reps that did the work were quick and efficient.

Good quote and quality work preformed

The owner, David Hall came in to do a survey,and went around the yard to confirm my yard needs for trimming. He then reviewed each job to confirm what was needed to give best results. When they came in to start the project a few weeks ago, some of the workers saw some trimming needs to get more sun to the lawn we're putting and did them with no extra costs. They did a good job on cleanup--an A for the whole project and I thought the cost was reasonable don Nelson

This company was great! We had an emergency tree limb that needed to be cut. They came out the following day, gave us a bid and made us a priority because of the situation and got it done a few days later. Everyone on the team was great. I would definitely use them again.

David Hall at Top Tier was wonderful. He came out a second time before we hired him to discuss details with my husband. He had the best estimate of any tree service from which I got estimates. He originally gave me a four-week time frame for working on my yard. When another company said they would be able to fit me in within the week, David revamped his schedule to fit us in. He also followed up when we noticed a few branches left untrimmed, and he is already scheduled to revisit this Thursday. He is extremely personable as is his wife, Mandy, who handles the scheduling. UPDATE 07/27/2021: David, the company co-owner, is so knowledgeable. There is no other company that I had ever call for tree issues. David came out to re-evaluate two trees that we were concerned about in the fall. He said to give it until spring. They started with some new growth, but then it all died off on the bottom halves. I photoed and sent the pictures to customer service. I received a call-back to schedule David to come out which he did just a few days later. He agreed that they needed to be removed, and the work was done within the week. The cutters were done in no time, and clean-up was excellent.I highly recommend Top Tier because they Top Notch!

Mandy and David at Top Tier were professional in keeping me informed of my start date. The work done by David and his crew was excellent. Their work area was tight but they were very careful in avoiding any damage to my sprinkler heads or existing plants. The crew was very pleasant and worked hard. They came when they promised and finished on schedule. I plan to use them again this fall or winter.
