We had several really big & tall trees that had to be removed and others that had to be trimmed. Erin came out and she was great with explaining what needed to be done! The customer service and the work that was done was all top notch! The crew that came out to do the work were constantly cleaning up as they went. A job WELL done!

Recently, we hired Top Tier Trees to handle a very difficult and challenging multi-tree removal job and were very pleased with the result. Although their estimate was somewhat more expensive than their competitors', we went with Top Tier because they seemed to have the best game plan for removing the trees (by using a monster crane capable of reaching over our house to the back yard). From the owner to the general manager to the business manager to the scheduler, everyone was professional, courteous and responsive. The tree removal crew worked quickly and capably, and left our property clean. We definitely recommend this Company.

We had a 50’ red oak tree fall in our back yard. Based upon a strong recommendation, we called David Hall who owns Top Tier Tree. It was an extremely large tree and access was very limited. David worked with us on several different approaches. We were able to get access thru a neighbor’s yard. David used flexible mats so that his equipment did not damage that yard. We agreed to just flip the rootball over but its very large size and limited access for large equipment, David agreed to grind the rootball without an extra charge. I watched some of Top Tier’s work and was impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism of their team. I intend to use them again for other tree work we may have.

David came out and met with my husband to give an estimate on clearing our sloped back yard. Our back yard is sloped and very uneven in several areas , We had about 12 trees that needed to go . We had spoken to several other companies and David's plan was by far the best and the most sparing to the property. David's proposal included a crane to remove the trees over our home. David's team did a fabulous job and provided entertainment for the neighbors while they completed the task of providing us a wonderful view in our back yard minus 12 trees. The team did a great job and the clean up was just as good. You would have never known they were there. If you have a challenging yard don't waist your time researching anyone else !

I had David Hall visit to assess the health of a quite old and sick-looking sugar maple in my back yard. David did a detailed evaluation, proposed a process of trimming dead limbs, root care and feeding, hopefully leading to saving this huge "member of the family". We agreed on the process as well as removal of a different, smaller tree and careful trimming of surrounding trees. The crew performed all of the agreed-upon work in short order, taking great care to avoid injuring healthy growth, cleaned up after themselves as if they lived there, and were a pleasure to work with. David's qualifications are excellent as well, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Top Tier Trees.

Overall experience was exceptional, from sales rep Brett to the crew that did the work. Crew was very understanding of other landscape plants while removing a large oak within a flower bed. Thorough clean up afterwards, continually asking if "all looked OK?" Will call on Top Tier again!!

Top Tier ticks all three of my boxes: knowledgeable, friendly/great to work with, and great value on work performed. From beginning to end of this job, they were up front about what was needed, even noticing something on a tree limb of a totally unrelated tree that needed to be taken off before the entire tree was compromised. The price was definitely right - and there is not an employee with whom I've interacted who didn't know their stuff inside and out, was friendly, and took great care and pride in their work. Very knowledgeable, careful, professional and friendly. Crape myrtles are hard to prune and they totally knew what they were doing, worked quickly but safely, cleaned up perfectly -- were SO nice to work with. GREAT experience!!!

5 star Top Tier Service! From the estaminet through the end of work Top Tier Trees was truly amazing! Brett took time to walk me through everything during the estimate, even taking photos to go along with each line item. The two ladies I spoke with in the office were always prompt to respond and polite. On the scheduled date the team came out and they were all awesome! They walked me through everything agin to make sure we were all on the same page, and followed up with me throughout the day. All in all with 8 massive trees, stump grinding and a ton of brush removed it took 2 days, and that included the large tree trunks being removed from the side of the road. I highly recommend Top Tier Trees and will be letting everyone in my neighborhood know as well.

This is the third time I have had Top Tier Trees remove trees from around my home. This is a great crew that cut down pine trees which were over 80 feet tall. They worked so well and made sure to take care of my property I have full confidence in the work they do around my home. I will be using them again in the spring.
