Description of Work: I was very impressed by the quality of the work performed, we had a leak under our house slab and they had to jack hammer through the floor to access and repair. I also had an expansion tank added to the water heater and a replacement PRV installed. All the work looks good and is neat. | |I do think the price was a little high, but don't have any reference of comparison.

Description of Work: Replaced our original, 32-yr-old central air unit. Over 2 months, we had SIX service calls!! Their people were nice, acted like professionals, but I had to put my foot DOWN, call 2 higher-ups to get them to replace the (defective) new unit. Now it is great, this thing will put frost on your nose. They are punctual, if they say they will show up tomorrow between 2 and 6, they show up then. One of their techs said this was the first defective unit he had seen in 15 years.

Description of Work: We have used both Coolray and Mr. Plumber for 10 years. Have purchased 2 new HVAC systems in that time as well as several plumbing repairs. Currently have service contracts for HVAC and Mr. Plumber. We have found the company to be customer-centric, priced fair for work done and quite easy to work with. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors. We gave never had an issue that could not be rectified satisfactorily.
