Description of Work: They installed it 10 yrs ago with a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Each year for the past 10 yrs, I see technicians at least twice a year (for spring and fall tune up) and any other maintenance needed. At first, I had issues with many technicians. My heat just failed and they sent Abraham Marzook to fix it. I feel he went above and beyond previous technicians and upgraded some parts that were failing every winter. CoolRay seems to be improving its technicians recently. I will on a go forward basis, always ask for Abraham Marzook to work on my system. Thank you, Abraham

Description of Work: Coolray has performed maintenance on my two heating and air systems for the past four years. Back in June 2017, my upstairs AC system died. I needed to replace it. I asked for bids from five contractors (with Coolray being one of the bidders). I decided to go with a contractor other than Coolray because Coolray's price was just too high (used Home Advisor to check what was the low, average, and high cost for my area). Also, Coolray only installs Carrier systems, and I wanted Trane. I have my systems inspected and checked twice a year (usually before the beginning of winter and summer). The Coolray service person spent a longer than usual time inspecting the new system. He then wrote up a list of what he "claims" was wrong with the new system and presented me with a bill for $808 if I wanted him to repair the new system. I am a single, professional woman. I politely told him that the system's parts and labor were both under warranty and told him goodbye. I really felt that the Coolray technician was trying to frighten me. I am not easily intimidated. The service provider who installed my system is also on Angie's List, and they have a straight A rating. I will never do business with Coolray again. I cannot recommend them.
