Description of Work: Repair of the upstairs A/C unit, which was blowing hot air. HVAC tech supervisor Sean Guerrier discovered a leak in the system, ordered the necessary part to make the repair, and returned a couple of days later — making sure to schedule a date and time that was most convenient for me — to complete the job he’d started, rather than send a subordinate technician.
