Repairman replace water flow valve

Arrived during the timeframe provided. Jason was professional and completed repair in a timely manner.

My refrigerator was not getting cold. On the initial visit, Jason determined that the defrost timer was broken and needed to be replaced. He ordered the part and had it fixed within 2 days. It took about 10 minutes to fix.

Great experience from a professional guy who did not just want to make money.

My tenant had a problem with a dishwasher that was only 2 1/2 years old and had stopped working. Josh talked with the tenant and got lots of information before coming out. He was familiar with this problem happening with the model and brand I had. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was also pleased with the price. I would highly recommend this company.

I received an immediate call back, the repairman was out the next day. He explained the problem with both appliances, fixed them and then honored the Angie's List coupon AFTER giving me the total. Would use these folks again without hesitation. I used them after going on Angie's list and reviewing their ratings. Everything was just as it had been reviewed!

I called the company and the phone was promptly answered and the owner said he would check and see if a technician could come that day later in the afternoon. I was called a few hours later and another tech (Josh) called and said he would be there in a few hours. He arrived within the committed time frame and assessed the repair and gave me a rough estimate. He ended up replacing 3 parts and was done in about an hour. The total bill was $175 including parts. I did forget to present him with my 10% off coupon from Angie's list which would have made the bill $157.50. That would have turned a very good experience into a great deal!

Josh was extremely pleasant and professional. He came and disgnosed the problem and came back the next day with the appropriate parts and made the repairs. Good experience would utlize again.

I believe the real measure of service happens when something bad occurs. When we called for service on our dryer, Nick sent out a repairman the same day (e.g., someone who had only worked for him a couple weeks). Long story short, the repairman ordered the wrong parts, overcharged us, cashed our personal check, and promptly disappeared (although we later learned he was admitted to the hospital). When we contacted Nick, he immediately set to work finding a solution. He came to our house, personally re-checked out the appliance, ordered the right parts, and had them rush-shipped. About three business days later, Nick was at our house installing the new parts. In addition, he wrote us a personal check for the repair overcharge... Anyone can make a hiriing mistake, but Nick went over and above our expectations...This man is a real find among appliance repairmen! We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Nick responded by phone immediately, was at my house the next morning, and fixed my fridge within about 30 minutes. Great guy... already referred him to a friend.

I called him early Sat morning, and he was here within an hour and a half. Prompt, courteous, professional.

Nick was very punctual and responsive to my requests for service. He gave estimates and stuck to them. He had the required parts available and completed both installs promptly. Nick was very polite and respectful. I would recommend him and use his services again.

The process, from start to finish, was fine. At one point it looked like the 2nd "actual" motor would be more expensive than quoted, and Nick was willing to split the difference with me (a nice offer indeed!); however, it turned out that the person at the supply store had misquoted the price, so all was good.

Nick was available to come the next day and fix the high pitched squeal coming from my dryer. Another company didn't have an appointment until Tuesday after Memorial Day and and I couldn't stand listening to the noise all Memorial Day weekend. Nick was very knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. He had the part on his truck which was simply a replacement of a wheel. Luckily, it wasn't a costly repair and he gave me the discount after I remarked that I had a coupon from Angies List. I would definitely call him again.

Nick was great! Very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and did great work. He helped clear away the food in the fridge and explained everything in detail. Was able to come out quickly to repair the problem and did fast work. I am extremely pleased and will definitely be using him in the future if the need arises.

I called them on the phone and gave them a description of the problem (not cooling and rusty ice maker) and he conceded that it would be cheaper to just buy a new unit. I appreciate his honesty.

After describing the history, it was decided to observe further and then decide what to do. Thank you Angie’s List for giving his name; I’ll call him back. He’s very good and I’ll use him for other things.

We really liked them. He didn't fix it the first time but came back and fixed it for no extra charge.

He responded within 3 hours of phone call. He immediately knew that the relay was causing the problem. He gave me an explanation for the cause and informed me of some of the mechanics behind the fridge. He provided a quote and fixed the fridge within 30 minutes. He even gave me advice on which brands I should avoid for future applicance purchases. He was very friendly and an excellent choice. It's been less than 2 hours and I just heard a new tray of ice drop. woot!

After calling them on a Monday afternoon, they were at my house three hours later. They quickly diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would cost, and then performed the work once I gave my approval. Since they had the needed part in their van, they were only in my house for about 20 minutes start to finish. Washer seems to be working just fine now. I would recommend them again.

Nick made 2 trips to my house with no additional charges. Once he finished his repairs, both appliances worked perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting an honest assessment of the problems, and the technical expertise to make needed repairs -- all at a very reasonable price.

Nick was not only on time but called to see if he could come earlier. He was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the washer. He was in and out about an hour or less. He communicated with us every step of the way and was very pleasant.

Someone was able to come over the very next moring and look at the faulty part. It was not on the truck so they had to go buy it and then come back and install it. The Tech was professional and very knowledgable about the dishwasher.
