Elie called the day before to say when he would arrive and to thank me for the business. He then called the morning of to say he was on his way coming through traffic. Hard to come by business that do this. He does need to accommodate time for traffic in the future so not to be late.

Mr. Elie Toussaint did an excellent job. He called several times to make sure he knew the scope of the work and when he arrived to make the estimate. The property is a rental, so it was great to have a professional come in to do the assessment in my absence. Mr. Toussaint went above and beyond the scope of work. He repaired the gas leak in the fireplace and repaired the hole in the brick which he initially inducted would be a larger opening than he could repair. The cost of the repair was less than he anticipated, he also repaired the toilet the tenants said was running. All in all he did two jobs for less money than the cost of the original repairs. I highly recommend the service and would use again.

Mr. Elie Toussaint was flexible about the scheduling of the job and was able to tailor his schedule to match my needs. He and his men arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently and expertly to complete the installation of a gas line to connect my backup generator. Elie and his men were quite friendly and willing to engage me in a bit of smalltalk but ultimately, they were all about the business of getting the job done right the first time. I feel that the charge for the job was fair and I would recommend Mr. Toussaint as a contractor to consider if you want to get the job done.

The Gas Company service man found a pipe leak outside my house and shut off my service. I found Advent Plumbing via Home Advisors and based on many positive reviews asked for an estimate. The plumber arrived within 2 hours and provided a reasonable estimate. The work required a lot of digging outside as well as running new piping, but it was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. I believe he did an outstanding job and highly recommend Advent Plumbing to others.

they were able to come out quickly and did a good job. They identified the leak as coming from a neighboring apt but i still had them install a new water heater.

Within a few minutes of submitting my request, Elie contacted me to set up a time that same morning. Elie came to our house the followoing Monday to fix our main sewer pipe. While there, and even though we did not initial request this service, Elie to the extra time to help my husband flush out the air conditioner drainage pipe. Elie's professionalism, quality work, and economical prices will contribute to us being a repeat customer.
