Certified arborist came to survey my situation and discuss the optons. He was very knowledgeable about my various trees and their conditions. He made suggestions about caring for the trees that would be remaining. The crew removed 3 trees, ground the stumps, and pruned 4 remaining trees. All debris was mulched or hauled away. My yard was cleaned and hardly a trace was left that they had been there, other than the obvious work they did. The crew was larger than most companies would assign to a job that small so, they were able to work quickly which allowed them to be in and out in about 2 hours. Couldn't ask for a more efficient and hard working group.

It went fabulous and without a hitch. I called on the 18th for an estimate. Mitchell came to look at the trees and to give a quote. He knows his trees and vegetation. My husband and I were simply amazed with his knowledge!! Our mouth was literally open with shock. Huh. The more you know. And they came on the 19th to do the job. He was the main reason why we went with the company and we WILL be using them again. Thanks North American for a job well done.

They arrived on time, and they were careful and professional. The removal of a large river birch close to the house required a bucket truck and the use of ropes and pulleys to remove large pieces of the tree without damaging the roof of the house. The bucket truck was repositioned to remove branches from a second large river birch without damaging the roof of the house. The removal of the branches of a large oak required a climber to reach the branches and set up the ropes and pulleys to remove them. Most of the branches were run through their chipper; large pieces of the trees were loaded onto their trucks, and so they hauled away all of the debris. This process took about 4 or 5 hours in the morning; another crew came later in the day to grind the stump. Whenever there was any question or issue during the whole process, they checked with me before proceeding. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work.

They came and did what they were suppose to do.

Mitch King came out and gave me a price for the work that I wanted done . I agreed on the price and he gave me the date and time they would come out and do the job. They showed up just as promised. They did a great job. These men are professionals and they have great equipment to do the job with. When they start a job they do it right and never stop working till it's finished. THEY ALL WORKED LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right at a fair price.

Everyone that I dealt with (including the crew) were very knowledgeable, proficient, skilled, punctual, courteous and professional. I loved the job that they did on my property, as well as clean up, and will not hesitate to hire them again for any future business. North American Tree Service is a very professional and competent company. They are prompt and return calls quickly. I had contacted several other tree services that either didn't return calls or returned them after many days. Mitch King, the representative for our area is a pleasure to work with as was the tree removal crew and the stump grinding man. North American was competitive with the other companies that quoted the job but was far above them in their approach to business. When Mitch quoted my job he gave me a folder with the quote, information on how the company operates, and all insurances with policy numbers. I recommended them to a lady several houses away and she hired them to remove one of her trees. They recycle all the trees they take take down and chip them into mulch which they sell for landscaping. They are an outstanding tree service company.

They arrived on time. The crew was professional and hard working. All work was performed and they cleaned up afterward.

They were great. My yard looked better when they're done because they actually took and had a blower and cleaned the yard up where they had to dry trees out and stuff. When they left, it was like they hadn't been here. They were great on their timing. They were very accommodating because of all the rain and stuff we had. They couldn't bring their trucks in because I didn't want them to tear the yard up. There was no pressure, and no nastiness when we were rescheduling. They're just great to work with.

I honestly don't know where to begin to tell you what a fantastic company North American Tree service is and what a fabulous job they did. From the very beginning starting with the call to get an estimate this company was responsive and professional. They provided us with a written detailed estimate along with insurance information, business license, information from the BBB as well as a list of references. Jason Bramlett provided our estimate and became our contact person. He and the crew of 4 were amazing. They came to our house the very next morning and the 4 man crew began to take down the trees many of which were very close to our house and extremely tall and large, the others were all medium to large trees. We asked if we could add another 5 cedar trees and Jason and the crew agreed. They took down all 16 trees that day and cleaned up as well. These men were as professional as they come. They did not harm any of my plants or tear up my yard (even though the ground was saturated from all the rain). The next day was very stormy with thunder and lightening so the stump grinding and log removal occurred the next day, first thing in the morning. North American Tree Service earned our hardiest recommendation. I have recommended them to every one I know. Thanks Angie's List for the information and the 10% coupon!!!

Very well. Crew very friendly and worked non-stop. Cleaned area thoroughly. Returned to grind stump...would never know the tree weans there.

I called and Jason came the next day to give me an estimate. That was a Friday. The crew arrived right on time on Monday and removed the trees and cleaned up the area. The stump grinder came a few days later as he was out of town when the trees were removed. He ground the stumps level with the ground surface and cleaned up the area after he was done. We just had to spread some of the mulch around ourselves. I was so very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again. The young men were very professional and polite and did an outstanding job. Also I would like to add that the final cost included the 10% discount for Angie's List members.

The crew showed up on time, did a masterful job of taking the tree down with no damage to other trees or the yard, removed the debris, and gave me lots of mulch. :) They send someone later to do the stump grinding -- no complaints there, either. I liked their work so much I've hired them to take down another dead tree.

First, they left a very impressive estimate packet that includes copies of business license, BBB report, insurance coverage and brochure. They completed the task quickly and very professionally. Also they were on time.

This company is amazing. Initially we had an appointment with Mitch King, who is a certified arborist, to come out and assess the situation. He examined all of the trees near our house and gave us an evaluation of their condition. He took the time to educate us about the health of our trees. At the end of our appointment, he provided us with a detailed quote for each aspect of the job. When it came time to schedule the work, they were very communicative with us about exactly how the job would progress. They showed up on time with two crews and all of their equipment. It was amazing how smoothly they progressed through the job. His crews know their business, and were extremely careful with each cut they made, and getting each portion of the tree down to the ground. It was comforting to see how they prepared for each step, as a lot of the work performed was literally within feet of our 111 year old house and roof. They also did excellent work on trimming the trees that were hanging over the house, and made sure that they were balanced for the health of the trees. They cleaned up as they worked, chipping the tree debris and sweeping up, leaving no debris anywhere. We asked them to leave some of the wood of firewood, and they cut it into firewood lengths and piled it in one area for us. They also took care not to destroy our yard when they had to drive across it. They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond the scope of work we had asked them to do. They even took down one dead tree at no charge. At the end of the day, we walked around with Mitch to survey everything that had been done. He wanted to ensure that everything had been done to our satisfaction, which it was. This is a family run company, with certified arborists in charge. They are great people- honest, professional and excellent at their jobs. We cannot say enough good things about them, and will be using their services for all of our tree care in the future. Since this job, we have already had them out do a fertilizer treatment of a very large oak tree in our yard.

This is the third time North American Tree has taken trees down from my yard. They are the consummate professionals. They come in, do their job and leave without leaving a mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a tree that needs to come down or dozens of trees that need to come down.

. With all the heavy winds we've had lately, my concern grew about the tree falling during a storm. Received an estimate the same day I called, and scheduled a day for the service the next week. Crew was on time and got the job done in an unbelievably short time. They did a great job on cleanup, too! Mitchell is the person who did the estimate and he was very knowledgeable. He explained both his experience and his training and offered sites for me to check the company's credentials like bonding, licensed and insurance and encouraged me to verify all three. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone who needs tree work.

Every year they take care of my moms pecan trees pruning and fertilization. Since they have been doing this her pecans are so much better. If every service was run like this one, there would be no need for complaint blogs. They were punctual, did exactly as they quoted and they did not make a mess. I estimated the job to be 4 hours. They did it in half the time and with no fuss. Good job N. American Tree!!!

They did an amazing job with the tree removal process. We were not home to witness it but our neighbor was blown away how quickly and efficiently they were able to take down the sixty two trees. It was a bit of a shock to see the yard treeless in only two days but their work paved the way to our beautifully landscaped yard we have today.

They did an excellent job and they were here when they said they were going to be. They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are very fair and reasonable.

The tree fell on my house late Saturday afternoon. I called my insurance company, and they sent Jason out to look at the situation. It was too late and rainy for them to do anything then, but they came back early next morning with the crane they hired. By lunchtime Sunday that huge oak was cut into lengths and stacked by the road. The insurance company gave me a check for removal of the logs, but North American came back while I was away and took it away with no charge to me. Excellent, professional service--a lifesaver!

They are VERY knowledgeable about all aspects of the work involved and went right to work after making sure of the exact items to be done. The price seemed higher then I expected, however after I watched them work, and then after the job was completed, I was very pleased with the work and the way it looked afterwards. If you need any tree work done, THEY are the ones to do RIGHT and PROFESSIONALLY.

They did show up on time to the appointment and they were able to do the service 2 days after I originally called them. What impressed me the most about them was they had a certified arborist on the crew. The guy that came out to do the estimate was a certified arborist as well. I was very pleased.
