On time and very professional. Unfortunately, even though they diagnosed the problems, it will be cheaper for me to replace than repair.

They responded promptly to the request but ran late about 2-3 hours from original appointment time. Technician did call to let me know he was running late each time and ask if I still wanted him to come. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with the stove but after getting a few more estimates, I did find out they were about 30% more expensive than other quotes. We are satisfied with the service.

Very professional. Came the same day I called, came the next day to repair my oven. I would highly recommend this company.

They were able to come out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They had to order a part but scheduled to come back out the next day. My only issue was that they did not come back the next day and didn't call to say they couldn't make it. I called the office and they explained what happened and were able to come the next night and make the repair in 20 minutes. It was expensive to fix a dryer that was a year old, but I'm sure not any more than any other repair service. Overall, I was happy with their service and will be using them again, just hopefully not anytime soon.

Didn't call before showing up, but otherwise was perfect. Came in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was gone in less than 30 minutes. The cost was what they said it would cost. Perfect.

Personable, Efficient, and Professional

Max was extremely polite and dressed professionally presenting Mr. V. He worked fast to figure out the issues with our washer. He didn't have the part but said he would be back within a few hours to install the parts needed to complete the job. As promised he was back with the time frame. Appliances are never cheap to fix after the warranty expires...the total cost was fare and they guarantee their work. I highly recommend Mr. V's!

They came out and repaired my washing machine within 24 hours after I called an fixed it the same day with very reasonable pricing. I was well satisfied with the serviceman. He was very thorough, and a true professional. I would call them again any day.

The water lone now has a knocking noise every time the icemaker refills and the washing machine is running. I called them and advised of this, they would not come back to fix the problem.

I had excellent service in the past, on appliance repair, so I decided to seek their assistance with an electrical switch & light fixture repair. Once again, Mr. V came thru for us. He was courteous, polite and efficient. We will definitely call upon him for any future electrical or appliance repair needs!
