I feel this company will not do small grading jobs if they are not making a lot of money off of it. Carter (678-598-6747) phoned and we met on Tuesday 9/17 and he gave me a quote of $250, after arriving very late. He said he had a flat tire but I waited 2 hours until they got there. He said he could do the work that evening or Wednesday morning. I texted him on Wednesday to see if he was going to do the workthat day. He finally texted me back at 6:24pm on Wednesday and said he would do it on Thursday. On Thursday I texted him again and asked him to text me when they were on their way to the house. He never texted me back. It is now Saturday afternoon and he still has not gotten back to me. I feel like I wasted a week of my time. If he was not going to do the work I wish he hadnâ t committed to the project.. I am very disappointed, since New Normal Landscaping had positive reviews on HomeAdvisor.

Professional and very interactive with asking questions and getting long term solutions! A wonderful, hard working crew that cared about the results and clean up.

They arrived quick and were ready to work. My yard was a mess because I have had back surgery and it hasn't been taken care of. We walked the yard and I showed him where my roses and blueberries are and asked him to make sure not to cut the roses. His crew grabbed the weed eaters and went to work He had moved the grass away from the miniature roses I have so they wouldn't be damaged. He grabbed a weed eater and cut all 4 on my miniature roses down. Weeds were not pulled around the plants as we had talked about nor was one of the stumps in the back yard removed per our agreement. I was told that it would look better next week when they come back again. Note that they are not the first lawn care business to cut my roses down but if I can help it, it won't happen again.

I couldn't be more enthusiastic about the quality and skill of the work and especially the people doing the work were professional, had the equipment and the know-how. Just all round good people. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are very happy with their work. They have the right equipment to do the job and know what they are doing. Very professional and hard workers. I will hire them for any further landscape jobs I have.

Above and beyond customer service. Kel and his crew did excellent work and did not stop until I was 100% satisfied. They even came back and did an exceptional job due to the rain. After the hurricane, I have not been able to get to my pond or creek. Words cannot explain how extremely well this team worked on my yard. To get to my Creek and pond means the world to me. Highly recommend new normal tree service and will definitely use again!!! AWESOME SERVICE.

This company is fabulous! They are very polite, they do excellent work at a very fair price! I hired them and my neighbors were so impressed with them (work ethic and price) that two of my neighbors hired them on the spot!

they called within a few minutes and was here to look the job over and started the next day. the workers worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I was blessed when I found this company. Not only did they do a wonderful job, the cost was great. Yes I will have them back to help me again soon. My brother was very impressed with the job they did for me and he plans to get them to do his yard work.

They called within 10 minutes of submitting request and showed up the same day to look at trees to be removed and as promised returned that evening to complete the job. I highly recommend this company, as they were professional and left yard clean.

New Normal provided exceptional service when they transplanted a palm tree on our property and removed "widow maker" hanging limbs from several trees. The crew was professional, friendly, and experienced. Superior job and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
