They arrived at breakfast time and verified the order for my tree and bush removal. The job was small and they worked quickly. I feel like they cared enough to leave my yard as clean as it was when they arrived. The yard looks so much better. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a tree "company" come out yesterday and cut down a giant red oak in my front yard in Lake Dow, and they never showed up today to get the tree removed. I contacted New Normal Landscaping & Bobcat Service, and within the hour they were onsite clearing the tree! These guys are AMAZING and well priced!!! They are now my go too for landscaping and tree service here in McDonough!! I would recommend them for anyone of my family members and friends! They are professional, quick, and do an amazing job!! Great Job. Their quote was the best I had received and we agreed to go ahead. They were back with all of their equipment within an hour and went to work. Fast, friendly and affordable. WARNING!!!! ........DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Spent over 6K front yard in labor alone for this company...They laid down DEAD sod in the front yard telling me that watering it with my established in-ground sprinkler system it would come back...guess what?... Dead is Dead!!! except for weeds!!.. called the sod company that they used and they were happy to replace it. When finally after multiple attempts I was able to get hold of this company they have been stringing me along and will no longer respond to get this mess repaired. Once they get you interested and start your project WITH NO MONEY DOWN AND NO FIRM SIGNED CONTRACT WITH FIRM COSTS AND START AND STOP DATES they will jump on the job and try to get it done as fast as possible. Once they have your money they will not fix anything that they screwed up!!! This Husband and wife team will take you for everything !! If they will make good on what they have done to me I will happily retract and apologize for this review

We were very pleased with the quality and performance of the tree service we received. We needed several trees trimmed and a few cut down and the work was performed and the debris was hauled away within a couple of hours. Extra shrubs were trimmed at no cost and recommendations were made on how to care for trees showing signs of disease. We intend to use this tree service again in a few weeks and we will be recommending them to family and friends.

They took down a pine that was over 100' tall like it was nothing. Blocked it perfectly. After having several trees removed, cleaned up wonderfully. Can't tell that trees where just removed. Great customer service. Cares that his customers are satisfied.

This company did not complete the task that was required so therefore I will not use their services again. (I asked to move a tree out of the yard and chop it up in sections, then place in the woods behind the house. They only moved the tree limb to the rear of the home when instructions were given to do more with the limb.)
