If you respect your power equipment, you may want to choose another repair shop. When I picked up the mower I was shocked by the sandy film of dirt covering my mower. I know it was not in that condition when I turned it in. I asked the owner to look at it and explain why it was so dirty. He admitted that it had been left outside in the rain. When I asked him why he explained that there was no other place to store it. At this point I stated that In the future I will have to take it somewhere else. He simply walked off without saying anything. At the very least he could have offered to clean off the filth or give me a break on the price. He did nothing so I guess he no longer cares about my business. I have been taking my power equipment to this shop for at least five years. Previously I would recommend this shop to my friends. Not any more.
Description of Work: I took my Honda lawn mower to Total Power for the annual maintenance which consists of blade sharpening, spark plug and air filter replacement and oil change. The mower was ready as promised one week later.
