My husband and I bought a new bedroom suite from this place. We picked it up and brought it home. As we unboxed the dresser, it had huge dents in the wood and broken handles. I called the manager (same day as pickup) and explained the findings. He said he would order a new one and it would be in Tuesday and delivered Thursday. I get a call Thursday morning saying it will not be delivered because it came in damaged, so another had been ordered. I asked for this one to be unboxed as soon as it comes in on Tuesday before delivery on Thursday so if it was damaged, it could be sent back ASAP. I get a call on Thursday at noon...when delivery was set for 1-2, saying that this one was damaged too. I went to talk to the manager and NEVER received an apology for any of this. I requested it be picked up for a full refund...It was picked up today (ordered 2/17/15..picked up 3/10/15). I went up on my lunch break to discuss the refund and all the manager and office manager said was scan your card so we can put the money back. Once again no apologies at all from anyone. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
