From start to finish this was a very easy process. The salesman was very knowledgeable and always answered any question that I had. He was always there when he said he would be and after it was all said and done the roof looked incredible. Even after they were done they did a very good job with clean up. He made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before left the job. From the salesman to the responsiveness to the installation crew I was more than satisfied and I am completely happy with my new roof, it really brings a lot more curb appeal to the house. All in all I would highly recommend Southern Roofing Solutions to my friends and family for any of their roofing needs!

I found this company off Angie's List, I called 4 different companies to get estimates on a new roof replacement and all new siding for my home. I found Southern Roofing Solutions to be the most professional and detail oriented company to come out. Their estimate was right in the middle. Overall, their level of professionalism and the quality products they used is why I choose this company. The roofing job went exactly as planned. The crews did a great job covering all of my landscape and moving and protecting my patio furniture. They worked extremely hard and had a great system in place. Their cleanup was great and I did not find any nails. Bryan, the owner, was at the build throughout the day, and was there at the end to do a quality control inspection. He even went around with a magnetic roller double checking for nails. The color I chose (GAF Timberline Pewter Gray) looked great. I am extremely happy with the roof job. About a week after the roofing job, I had all of my siding removed and replaced. Again, everything went great and according to plan. I would highly recommend using the Hardie Color Plus Technology siding. It is really worth it. I did my house in chestnut brown. Overall , I was very happy with the jobs performed by Southern Roofing Solutions. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a roofing or siding job.

Southern Roofing Solutions were awesome. They performed the work promptly and communicated frequently during the entire process. The management team was onsite during much of the work and the team that actually performed re-roofing were amazing. They were incredibly detail-oriented and friendly. The house (and the surrounding lot) was extremely clean after the job was over too. Management team came out promptly at the end of the job to look over the work and make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. It was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor and I would definitely do business with them again (if I ever need another roof!).

Southern Roofing Solutions did an excellent job from start to finish in replacing our roof. Jeff and Bryan were very knowledgeable about the whole process and gave great advice from the beginning, which made me quite confident in their abilities. Their team of professional installers were also very good, and they tore off the old roof and hauled everything away without incident. When a little bit of cleanup was needed, they handled that immediately and took care of us very well. We could not be happier. The new roof looks beautiful and works exactly like it is supposed to. Jeff and Bryan were also very good at following up, making sure we were happy, and assuring us they will take care of any issues that may arise in the future. We are confident about that. Communication appears to be a paramount concern to this company. They were always responsive to phone calls and emails and got back to us quickly every time. Their number one goal is making sure the client is absolutely happy with the finished product, as we are. I would heartily recommend Southern Roofing Solutions to anyone who is in need of a new roof.

The process was super easy! I called them up after several huge branches from an oak tree came down on my house after a storm. The roof and shingles were actually pierced in several places which caused some rain to come through into my house. I worked with Scott and he was very thorough and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions before we even started. I am always very nervous when I have people that I do not know working on my house. Scott was very patient and put my mind at ease. He met with the insurance agent on my behalf and took the reins from there. When I received their estimate it was the middle of the pack of the three estimates that I got. I went with Southern Roofing Solutions because they included all the extras that the other two companies did not include. They upgraded me to GAF Architectural Shingles and installed ridge vents over the whole roof for free. The other companies were just going to give me the standard roof with no ridge vents. When I compared apples to apples they were a mile ahead of the competition. In addition, they also painted the ceiling inside where the water had left a small stain. The best part of the whole job was that they promised a certain timeline, price and level of quality and they hit the mark in all 3 categories. It only took them one day to install the roof and gutters. The next day they came back and fixed the damaged siding. After the cleanup it was like they had never been there except for my beautiful roof. My house used to blend in with the neighbors but now it stands out as the best looking one on the block!!! If you are looking for a company to do the job right and leave you with no worries or regrets call them.

Southern Roofing was one of six companies that come out to give us an estimate on replacing our existing 25+ year old roof. Five of the six companies were members of Angie's List. The company owner, Bryan Rhodes, personally came out to inspect the roof, take measurements, and spend as much time as we needed to get our questions handled. His company was the only one that provided a Precise Aerial Measurement Report. Although that was not a factor in our selection process, we found the report very interesting. Bryan's estimate was not the least expensive, although it was far from the most expensive. It was, however, the most competitive based on the shingles and materials we selected. The estimate was very detailed and thorough. During the entire vetting process, Bryan was extremely professional. He was prompt to return calls, as we had quite a few additional questions. Prior to signing the contract, we were able to visit another job (many times larger and more complicated than ours) to see his roofing crew in action. That experience verified our comfort level with Southern Roofing. Bryan's crew arrived on the day we scheduled, having delivered required materials the day before. They worked non-stop until lunch, then returned to complete the entire job in a day. The crew was very courteous, and worked extremely well as a team. It was amazing watching them work on different sections of the roof simultaneously, but having it all come together at the end. As promised, they did an excellent job of protecting shrubs and plants, and also spent a lot of time making sure nails and small pieces of shingles were picked up. Bryan even came out later to make a final pass to get any objects missed by his crew. One sign of a quality company is how responsive they are in resolving issues. Although not a big concern, as the new roof looked magnificent, we had discussed with Bryan to have the ridge vents carry all the way to the edge of the roof. We noticed, however, that the ridge vents only extended to the edge of the gables. It had not been specifically worded in the contract, but Bryan recalled our conversation (he had mentioned and we agreed it would provide a more aesthetic look) and had his foreman return to make the changes. There was zero hesitation on Bryan's part to have that done. Would we use Southern Roofing again? Based on the fact that we had shingles installed that are warranted for a lifetime, I hope we never have to. But if we ever moved and needed a new roof or one repaired, we would not hesitate to call on Bryan again. And should we hear of anyone who may be in need of a new roof, we would enthusiastically recommend Southern Roofing Solutions. Gary and Charlotte Fields

I was sent a letter from Southern Roofing solutions that they were in the area and were giving free inspections. Having wondered about the condition of my roof due to some interior leaking after a recent storm, I gave them a call. A gentlemen by the name of Bryan came out and during his inspection he was able to find some soft spots where the leaking was most likely coming from and evidence of storm damage. Once the insurance company came and verified the damage, Southern Roofing came and did the job the same week! I was very impressed with their craftsmanship and their willingness to correct some small structural issues I had as well. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

very professional company to work with from start to finish, completed all jobs in a timely manner; brought out 6 different sample boards in the beginning to help me choose my color; arrived the day of the job on time, crew put tarps out and moved all of my patio furniture, crew worked very hard, had my roof completely finished with clean up done by 5 pm; Bryan, the owner, went around with a magnetic roller several times after the crew had already gone around 4 or 5 times; my roof looks great, great job on the clean up, a week later i had all new Hardie Siding installed on my home; again, very professional crew, everything went according to plan, siding looks great; a few days after siding, i had new gutters installed. What I like most about the gutters is how they used 6 inch seamless aluminum. I no longer see the exposed nail heads every three feet, and there is a lot more room for water. They installed a gutter cover called "gutter shingle". It completely covers the whole face of the gutter and is very sturdy. Overall, I was very impressed with Southern Roofing Solutions and the quality of their work. While most other roofing companies were trying to charge me to upgrade me from the 3 tab shingle I already had, they gave me Architectural shingles with no upgrade charge. They also upgraded me to ridgevents, without any additional charge. Hard working crews, very honest and reliable owner with great product knowledge. Their attention to detail was second to none. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home exterior job.

I had gotten over 5 estimates for this job. Southern Roofing Solutions came in right in the middle of all the other bids. However, their level of service and expertise is why I decided to choose them. My project manager, Donna, was great to work with. Everything she told me happened exactly as promised. They upgraded my roof with Atlas Scotch Guard Lifetime Architectural Shingles and also added ridgevents. The roof installation went great. The crew worked hard and did a great job on the clean up. A few days after the roof was on, they came and installed all new Hardie siding and trim boards on my entire home. They ended up using a new product from Hardie called Color Plus Technology. It came with a 15 year paint guarantee and I could not be any happier with their install and the product. The next day, they came in and installed all new 6 inch seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts. Needless to say, Southern Roofing Solutions completely changed the look of my home. Donna was a great person to work with and very honest from start to finish. On all projects, the crews were efficient and cleaned up great. If you are considering a new roof, siding, or gutters for your home, I would highly recommend Southern Roofing Solutions as your contractor. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!!

Right from the start, this company was very impressive. I had been denied by my insurance company twice within the last several years. Donna, whom I worked with, assured me after inspecting my roof that I would have better luck this time. She met with my adjustor and indeed my roof got approved. She upgraded my shingles from 3 tab to GAF Timberline Lifetime Architectural shingles along with Ridge vents. The crew came and completed my roof in one day. They laid tarps out everywhere to protect all of my ornate landscaping. The crew worked extremely hard and had a very well defined system in place. I was extremely impressed with the crew. Donna was here the whole time and made sure everything went according to plan. Once the roof was on, they did an excellent job on the clean up. Donna even went around with a magnetic roller after the crew had gone around at least 5 times. Needless to say, I did not find one nail anywhere. This was very important to me as I have three dogs that roam my back yard. I honestly must say this was truly one of the most impressive construction jobs I have ever been apart of. Donna was very honest and did everything she said she would from the very start. I would highly, highly recommend this company to everyone. My roof looks amazing and I could not be any happier. They came on the day they said they would and stayed till done. The roofing supply company had messed up and delievered less than ordered so they went and picked up the rest so they could complete the same day (long day). Big crew of hard workers. They did not have any up charges other companies tried to include. Priced it remotely based on satalite images and stayed to the quote. Always called or e-mail back in resosonable amount of time. Left the property clean and less effect on plants than I expected. Followed up afterwards to make sure all was good. They do bidding and much as possible remotely, but do not let this bother you. I believe he will come out if you want. Let them know your situation and they will try accomidate. We upgraded the roofing material and they only charged thier material cost difference. Very much recommend Southern Roofing Solutions and Bryan Rhodes.

He and his crew were very professional; they showed up on time, did a first rate job, and cleaned up during and afterward, leaving the area better than they found it.

The company replaced my whole roof and did an exceptional job. They were timely, neat and competent, more than competent, they were superb. They cleaned up after themselves since I have pets,that was important to me. They used magnets to pick up the nails in my yard. They were very clear in explaining my options and the process. I feel that they were honest and thorough in this job I would definitely recommend them to everybody. I would give them an A++ for the job that they did at my home. My roof is lovely!!!

The provider let us know that the roof was in bad shape due to hail damage. Both the provider and the insurance company agreed that it needed to be replaced. I am very pleased at the work done. They replaced the roof in two days. The last time I had my roof replaced was 18 years ago and it took a week to complete. The roof looks very good. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up everything. We have had people walk by and complement our new roof. The owner was on the job site quite often to check the work of his workers.

Brian, the president/agent sent out flyers following a recent hail storm. I asked for an estimate, and he had a look and assured me he could get my insurance company to pay for a new roof. That seems to be their specialty. I did in fact, get the roof approved by insurance. The roof went up quickly, and looked good overall. They did leave some trash: pieces of shingles, loose nails, etc. I feel like their price was very competitive, but I suppose this falls into the "get what you pay for" category. Had my roof been a simple one, with fewer angles or decorative additions, I don't think I would have had any issues. BUT I had another contractor out to replace some siding a month later, and that contractor pointed out some places where there were gaps in the flashing, and where a few boards should have been replaced. When I called the company to have them fix those spots,they told me that those spots were not actually the "roof" but were trim or fascia or soffit, etc. I suppose that was technically correct, but I trusted these guys to fix anything they found while working on the roof. They did go up and add a few pieces of flashing at my request, but I could still see gaps visible from the ground. I ended up hiring a third contractor to fix the issues with the roof. While up there, he improved a few spots where Southern Roofing seemed to have been in hurry to finish and did a less than premier job. That additional work cost me another $2000. So, I suppose I would grant that they did a fast, adequate job on the "roof" overall. But if you had any doubt about any other structural aspect of the "top of your home" I might be more comfortable with a different contractor.

The crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM. The old roof was completely removed by 8:30 AM and repairs were being made to the roof decking. Once the materials arrived, the crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were very friendly and polite. My simple roof replacement was completed by 2:30 PM (including clean-up time). The new roof looks fabulous!
