They did a nice job. We did that in response to a coupon. They replaced our hot water heater.

The installation went great! The pricing was competitive. As a matter of fact I was up front with them making them aware of several other quotes that I received. They met me in the middle and brought the other attachments up to code which was included in the pricing. Another contractor who was there to do HVAC work saw the work of Pell and said "who ever did this did a d**n good job". He pointed how the installer took his time weld the pipes together instead of using "shark bites" to take a short cut. I am recommending them and using them again if I need to.

It went fine a particle was stung in disposal and plumber even showed me how to solve the problem in the future he was very pleasant and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again. The price I paid was before I knew what the problem was thru paypal I was using a special they had which I thought applied to my circumstances anyway I will check next time before I pay fora service but the job were done with professionalism and I will use them again.

He said he didn't see anything wrong with it. I convinced him to change the flapper. He didn't want to charge me but I told him to at least charge me a service charge. I liked his attitude and generosity. I can't think of a single way that he disappointed.

Oh, I've hired him a couple of times! I had a leaking toilet; he came out. Actually, it did not seem to be leaking once he got here. He didn't say anything was wrong with it. You know like you go to the dentist and then your toothache stops! He didn't say anything was wrong with it, and he couldn't hear any leaking. I just had him to go ahead and replace the flapper. He said well he didn't know that that was causing the leak. I said well, I know, but that's the most common cause in this particular type of toilet. I rather pay for that than have to go through all this again. So, he did install the flapper on it and didn't want to charge me for that. I insisted that he should at least charge me for the service call because he did look at it and everybody charge a service charge. I think I paid him $59 which is what he asked. I was very pleased with it all. Now, the thing is still leaking, but it's not leaking as bad as it was. Eventually, I'm going to get him to come back and simply replace it. I hired him again because I liked his attitude and probably his generosity because he was willing to work on it and come and do the service call and even replace the flapper and not charge me for anything. I hired him to come back for a long-standing project, which was to replace my water heater and PRV and he came and did that a couple of weeks later I guess. He did an excellent job even though it was complicated because it was full of dirt and you couldn't flush it because the county had been working on the water lines for so long. But anyway, he managed to finally get it to drain and got the thing replaced and the PRV too. I was very pleased with it all, and he told me upfront what was the cost and that's what he charged. He had to replace the water heater and the PRV which is the pressure release valve which involves doing something up in the ceiling. It was futile. That was expensive. It seems like one of the quotes I got from one of the plumbers was $2,000, so he actually saved me some money. Now, he showed up on time, he was completely ready to go to work and had everything he needed to do that and went right in. I was concerned that he needed to take a break or have something to drink, but no he kept right on going he said no, no problem! I had an 80-gallon water tank. I didn't need it that big, it was free. That's what was provided to me three years ago by a company if I were to convert from a gas water tank to an electric one, they would give me a free water tank and provide $300 towards installing it and I said wait, I don't need that and I live here alone! I have a sister that says she has a 40-gallon tank and that with her son, his wife and three daughters she say they never ran out of hot water. He came and replaced the water and includes the cost of the water tank itself, and I couldn't believe he could actually haul it, it was so huge. He deserves an A on everything because I really was pleased with his service. Eventually, I'm just going to have the toilet replaced, and I will certainly have him to do it. Overall, I'm really pleased with this service person, unlike other service persons when they find something wrong that wasn't there and they charge you a little more, they don't have the right equipment and have to get something but he is always prepared and went right to work and I was always pleased and I was relieved.

Pell Plumbing came out the same day, talked me through the process for locating the leak and showed me where it was when they found it. They completed the repair and showed me the repair and did a thorough cleanup. Would definitely hire them again!

Jeff did a great job. It was a challenge to make the new sink fit where the old sink was. He did not give up, and he got creative - while still maintaining the integrity of the sink. We are loving the new sink and faucet. He also checked the drains in the bathrooms, and made minor adjustments as needed. Lastly, when a service wasn't needed, he told us that too. We have found our plumber for our new house. Thank you Jeff and Pell Plumbing.

Everything went better than expected. Very satisfied. Cindy at Pell Plumbing was instrumental in helping coordinate this, and was amazing to work with. The plumber, Jeff (also the owner), was early for his arrival, efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it, cleaned up after himself, and was reasonable priced.

I called on 12/26 and was made aware that the office was closed and would reopen on 12/27. I left my contact information with the answering service. I then called back at 10:30A on 12/27 because I heard nothing. Only to be told that someone would be reaching out to my soon. Called back at 1:30P still not having heard anything from Pell. I was then told that it would be Thursday or Friday before someone could help me because the office was closed today. I have used this company before and they did a nice job installing a water heater for me. I'll never have them in to do anymore work after this past experience. STAY AWAY!

They were very prompt and quickly did the job with little to no fuss. We purchased their coupon, which didn't include the expansion tank, but that's fine by us given that it's what we needed to do with a very old water heater. Definitely recommend.

Jeff Pell was punctual to the appointment and had a professional attitude. He checked the water clarity and sediment content and determined the water heater did not need to be replaced. Now that I know how to check for "brown water" myself, I will test occasionally, and the day I find rust beginning to tint the water, I will be calling Jeff Pell to come out and replace my heater. Jeff Pell is VERY professional. I would highly recommend him to my family & friends.. FYI... I rarely feel impressed enough to do a review. I have used two other plumbing companies in the last 6 months - they didn't come anywhere close to the level of professionalism of Mr. Pell.

First, Pell squeezed us into a full schedule because we were without water. Jeff Arrived 1/2 hour early after first calling us. He had his shoes covered in our house as a courtesy. He checked our tank and associated plumbing and confirmed our 50 gallon water heater did indeed need to be replaced; he also recommended replacement of some piping accessories that were then working but were 16 years old. We accepted the added items at his quoted cost and he replaced our system. He ran into late hours but did not charge us additional. The work was professionally done and his copper tubing work was excellent.

When they came out I was told that I didn't need a water-heater flush because the unit is only 2 years old. They did not do a comprehensive plumbing inspection at all. The inspection wasn't even mentioned by the service provider.

Provided good service at a fair price. They had to cut an access through a closet to get the old water heater out. This was done very neatly. Pell was able to do this although another company said it couldn't be done. We were very happy with the work. They will be our plumber of choice for any future plumbing needs.

He did a great job. He explained in advance what needed to be done and gave us a price estimate for the additional work. We didn't research the price for the additional work but we thought the value was good overall. We actually have hot water now!

Jeff provided excellent service. Prompt in responding to request for service. Arrived when he said he would. Explained the work he would be doing and the estimate. Called to my attention issues not covered in original estimate and waited for my approval before fixing. He got right to work and did not stop until the job was done. Diligent about his work, courteous. I have another plumbing project to be done in the near future. Will be using Pell again.

The space was for a short water heater and Jeff had a tall water heater. Jeff made a few adjustments and made it work perfectly. He left the space nice and clean after he left. Fantastic service

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Jeff came within the specified time, had an appropriate disposal replacement and completed the job within an hour. He was polite and professional. As an aside. I had printed a $35 coupon from their website. In the confusion of having to get everything out from under the sink (and anticipating having to put it all back again) , I forgot to give it to them. The site did say "must be presented at time of service." So when I discovered that I had forgotten it, after the fact, I did not pursue it. My fault, I forgot about it. A prompt from the service person would have been nice when tallying the $443.00 bill..."do you have any coupons?" I know other service companies have asked this in the past, and it would certainly stand out as superior service and appreciation for a new customer.
