"Mr. Wilson, We are sorry you had issues during the building of your new pool and pergola. Please see our follow up to your comments below: Customers comment: They applied the wrong pebbletec from what was selected. Our Response: We acknowledge there was a mistake on our part regarding the PebbleTec color selection. We used the initial color that was selected by you instead of your final selection. We accepted full responsibility for this and offered the option to have the plaster reapplied with your final color selection or offer a substantial discount by waiving the cost of change orders you requested during the project. It was our understanding this was an acceptable concession for a mistake made on our part. Customers comment: The grading was properly completed, and pavers properly installed. Our Response: Normal settling can occur, and we follow up to correct any pavers that had experienced settling and we did this when we installed the autofill cover. You advised us that you wanted our team to work on your property only when you are home, so we stopped working on the pavers at your request. Customers comment: the autofill system leaks underground and floods the lawn Our Response: We were never notified of a leak with the autofill system. We contacted you several times to install the overflow grate and never received your permission to install it. We also made several attempts to get your permission to drop off the warranty documents and you did not allow us to do that. We are prepared to look at and remedy the leak if it was caused by our work. Customer comment: We have mud, poly sand and pebbletec inside the filters because they did not cap pipes Our Response: Curing of the plaster and minor debris from construction will naturally get caught by the cleaning filters. These filters are designed to be easily removed, cleaned and returned to the system. Customer comment: and they tore up drains and damaged our driveway. Our Response: We recommended a staging area for the equipment and materials to minimize the impact on the lawn during construction. At your request, we staged it in a location that resulted in the grass becoming muddy and worn due to a lot of rainfall and the location selected. We were not aware of any damage to the driveway. Customer comment: We have mud, poly sand and pebbletec inside the filters because they did not cap pipes Our Response The plumbing was properly installed, and we never had to replace any equipment, but it sounds like if there was a perceived issue it was identified and corrected, as you stated. We take the quality of our work seriously and are sorry we did not meet your expectations. We continue to stand ready to back our work and resolve any issues you feel are still outstanding. One of our team members will contact you again and we look forward to helping you enjoy your new pool."
"After review of our current and previous database we do not have anyone named Danny J. In our client list."
