Horrible I have been charged for the past 6 months for an extra tv. I keep trying to get the charge taken off and every time I either get hung up on or transferred ten times to eventually get disconnected. They have not refunded the charge or credited my account for any of it now they are saying anyhting over 60 days they are not liable for. I am looking for an alternate service in my area.

Provider missed 2 connection appointments which were scheduled by the provider 2 WEEKS apart. I was actually told more than once during different phone calls that they had already turned my service on - SEVERAL phone calls later (as I couldn't seem to get connected) an agent finally told me it HAD NOT been turned on by Comcast yet. Then they scheduled a new date 2 weeks out. This agent advised he would call me if my service was not turned on by the scheduled date. I received my first bill in the mail. It was dated back to the originally scheduled connect date AND had a $9.95 shipping and handling fee - for NOTHING because I bought my modem at WAL-MART!! I waited until the day after it was scheduled for the 2nd time - still couldn't connect (and did NOT receive a call from the agent that said he would call). Then I called to cancel they tried to RESCHEDULE for ANOTHER 2 WEEKS LATER!!

Description of Work: I was having trouble with my digital cable. They were able to get it straightened out over the phone. The only problem I've ever had with Comcast is the cost of the service. I have their TV/Internet/Phone package. Of course, when you price these things out separately, I am still saving a bit of money. It's just that I find myself wondering why I pay so much to watch TV.

Comcast came out to install my internet service. The installer arrived 15 minutes early which is usually great. However we had run some errands and weren't home yet. The installer called but the call was missed and since no one answered the door he left. We arrived home 10 minutes before our appointment time and had actually passed the installer on our road. |When I realized I missed the call from the installer I called back and he informed me that the install had been cancelled because no one had answered the door. WHen I stated that it was still 10 minutes before the appointment time he replied that he would have to call his supervisor. He returned within 10 minutes and the rest of the installation went Great!
