All went well from start to finish. Matt has a great system that everyone should use.

First contact - arrived promptly as scheduled. Presentation packet which included certifications, liability insurance provider, preferred contractor status with Owens Corning, Master Elite GAF certification, and others that made it easy to verify qualifications. Answered all questions thoroughly and patiently. Matt did full inspection including attic area to check sofit ventilation. After contract signed and starting date set, roofing materials, dumpster, and portable toilet were delivered the day before work started. Crew on site as scheduled. Protected landscaping well. Installation went smoothly. Clean up excellent. Good communication from office staff. Minor concern - we were told there would be an on site manager with the crew both days of the installation. Unfortunately, a member of their staff was ill and the the on site manager was here part of the first day and only at the end of the second day. Without hesitation would use them again and recommend them for roof replacement. I waited six months only to be sure everything was good and it is!

Matt came to the house to give me an estimate, and explained in detail what my problem was and was it would it cost to have my roof repaired. Once the contract was signed, his office staff called to schedule the repair, and then followed up and stayed in contact when the crew arrived, during the work, and after the work was completed. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Matt was on time coming to give the estimate. Very polite & helpful. The gutter installers were so quiet my 2 dogs didn't even know they were here until they were packing up to leave! Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

They came out and did a roof repair. Now we have a leak in the same spot. I would have contacted them, but when I looked back at the paper work, it stated there was no warranty on the work.

My roofing repair went very well. The repair crew arrived on time and went over with me what I needed done, which was a recap of what Matt had diagnosed on my roof. They were efficient, quiet, and cleaned up before leaving. I was assured, by Matt, that the work is guaranteed or they'll come back. I will have them back if I have any more leaks or need a new roof in the future.

They did a good job! When the squirrel got back in they came back out twice and fixed the issue.

Great. Matt came out to give me an estimate and was thorough in giving us all options. I decided to go with Matt's instead of the other 2 estimates I got because of price, factory warranty on materials, and Matt's thorough professionalism. It took a while (4-6 weeks) post initial contact to schedule the roof due to the company being busy and the summer rain. The initially planned date was delayed another week due to rain, but the staff stayed in contact with me and gave me her cell phone to call at any time with questions. When more of the plywood needed to be replaced than anticipated, the manager called me to ensure that this was okay and gave me the anticipated added cost. The manager also called to let me know when the anticipated finish time would be which turned out to be accurate. Finally, Matt came back out a couple of weeks after completion to look at everything and ensure my satisfaction with their work.

They put new roofing on our house and negotiated guttering after hail storm damage. We did not want their guttering as it was not the same that we had but they help make all the arrangements for another company to do the guttering. They did a very good job. I highly recommend Matt's Roofing and Guttering.

From estimate to completion of roof and installation of gutters we were very pleased with Matt's roofing. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof or gutters.

Great company. Several Lopez family members involved, as well as other employees. Matt Lopez came out promptly and did a thorough inspection and evaluation of the gutter system and chimney cap. Communication was prompt and follow-up consistent. Workers came when scheduled, and right on time. Did not get other bids, because of Matt's excellent reputation, but expect his pricing is realistic and competitive. Crews left job site clean. All work completed satisfactorily. Would hire again if the need arose.

Work was done on time and everything was cleaned up. Matt actually waited until we had a big rain to make sure the new gutters fixed the problem before he collected payment. It worked and no more Niagara Falls. We are so pleased with the work and would highly recommend Matts Roofing.

I had an end of the day appointment, and the guys showed up right on time and were able to quickly explain what was causing my roof to leak. The repair suggestion was simple and reasonably priced. The next day I received a call to schedule the repair. We've had rain since the repair, and I'm happy to report that I haven't seen water inside the house.

Did an excellent job in detail, all shingles replaced and cleaned up the area.

Matt and his staff did a great job in our roof replacement, along with 2 skylights. They were organized, on-time, professional and very customer-service oriented. They want to make their customers happy and satisfied and go to great lengths to do so. The crew was always on-time and worked a full-day...often until dark (which was fine with us, as we wanted the project completed in a timely manner). Matt and/or his Project Manager, Vickie were on-site every day with communication on a daily basis with me as well. The roof is GORGEOUS and pricing was comparable. The replacement skylights are just as beautiful. I would high recommend Matt's Roofing without hesitation. I will call them again if I am ever in need of any of other services they provide.

I set up an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate. The day before the roofer was supposed to come, they called me and said he wouldn't be coming and they weren't going to send anyone else. They no longer serve the area where I live.

We asked for bids from the top four GAF approved roofers and all were A rated roofers on Angie's list. While two of the roofers gave more detailed estimates, Matt's estimate was the lowest by only $200 dollars compared to one of the bidding contractors but over a $1000 from the other two and when we compared the estimates with Matts, they performed the same work as the others even though it was not listed in the estimate. Matt supplied a revised estimate that same day including everything to be done that was not on the original estimate. Satisfied, we scheduled the job and within 2 days, the materials were delivered and 3 days later the roofing crew arrived - 2 days before promised. If you have ever had a roof replaced, it is - to say the least - a mess. It is just part of a roofing job but Matt's people were methodical, timely, efficient, and they cleaned up at the end of every day. They worked for 5 straight days on a very large roof project with a steep custom roof and completed it on time and within the estimate. We went with a GAF lifetime roofing system and Matt's did not let us down. It looks great; it was priced right; installed correctly; and they cleaned up after themselves to the point you would not have known that they had ever been here. The gutters were not installed by Matt's but by another crew. They came to the house on time and completed the job but the system did not operate as advertised. There were run-off issues. We advised Matt's of the problem and they said they would get someone out to fix the problem the next day. The independent contractor did not show up as promised and when we called Matt's, he - the owner - was a bit mad. He himself came out with the contractor the next day, ensured that the gutter issues were addressed immediately; inspected the entire job; found some things he did not like and that afternoon, the roofing crew was back out correcting the issues I would have never noticed in a million years. After everything was completed, cleaned up, and after the next rainstorm, he came back out and check everything again. He said, "if it ain't perfect, I am not happy. My name is on it!" We were very happy with Matt's. I hope I never have to replace a roof again; but if I do, there will be only one call .and that will be to Matt's.

I contacted Matt's about doing a pre-purchase inspection on a home we had a contract on, because the seller stated that they had a new roof in late 2011, but had already reported 2 leaks since the new roof was installed. I chose Matt's to do this, after working with Ray @ Matt's on a hail claim at the home we're in now. I was very impressed with Ray's knowledge of the industry, including a complete knowledge of inspecting just like the insurance companies do. Matt met me at the home in question for the inspection and was on time. He and his assistant climbed up on the roof, and immediately found the problem. The flashing around the chimney had not been replaced when the new roof was put on, and when the owner called about the leaks, the fixes seemed to only be 'band-aids'. After the inspection, Matt emailed me a complete report, with multiple pictures, explaining what the problem was, and how it should have been done. He also included a quote to repair correctly. I submitted this to the seller, and thanks to Matt, the seller has agreed to have the roof repaired, as per Matt's inspection report, prior to closing. If you think a standard Home Inspection will catch this kind of thing, it won't! Most times, Home Inspectors survey the roof from the ground, and even if they inspect on the roof, they will not lift up and shingles, etc. to get to the root of the problem. Save yourself a headache on a home purchase, new or re-sale, and drop $150 to have the roof evaluated properly!

He did a really good job. Everything was good. I was very happy with it. I was satisfied with the price.

Overall he was very good. He was very good to work with; he gave me a reasonable rate and did a good job. He was very professional as regards to his service and clean up. We had some hail damage and hence the insurance took care of the pay off towards his estimate and it was with an upgrade to the shingles which was good. The only reason why I have downgraded their grades was that I had an issue with a couple of the guys working with him. They would not come down off the roof at the end of the day and it was getting dark. I just told them that they have to get off the roof or they are going to get hurt. But they just wanted to get it done and I was afraid they would not be able to see what they are doing. Otherwise it was very good.

My schedule date was 7/8/2013 between 12 and 2. Matt was going a little late and called to let know when he would be arriving. He was very professional and covered his estimate thoroughly. Although his estimate was high I was very impressed.

I decided to use Matt's Roofing after they did an excellent job installing our new roof. Matt was very thorough, ensuring we were satisfied with the workmanship before asking for payment. The gutters look great and have no leaks. We are very happy with their service.

Matt was very thorough with estimate. We had to reschedule because of weather but he finished the job in excellent time.

A family illness and death delayed our rating this excellent provider. We apologize to Matt's Roofing for the delay in rating their service. After giving us a complete estimate in one visit, and after questions were answered via phone, Matt's began the work within a week or so. The work was completed within the week. Workers were skilled, considerate, and fast. We were amazed at the cleanup job they did. Not a scrap of evidence left of the work. We were very pleased with the look of the roof right away. One aspect of the work was not completed as specified in the estimate, and we discovered our ventilation fan was no longer working after the job was completed. Matt came out, agreed corrections needed to be made, and had his workers out the next day to get the work done. The correction was made and the fan replaced. We were pleased that Matt stuck to his word and made the job right, and impressed by his responsiveness. It's easy to be responsive when your seeking to get hired, but many companies aren't so responsive when things need to be corrected. This was not the case with Matt. The subsequent rains we have had this summer have affirmed that we made the right choice in providers. It's so nice to have NO LEAKS!! Our thanks to Matt's Roofing for a job well done.
