Description of Work: We had a problem with a leak around our chimney. The estimate was given to us, accepted and the work was completed the following day. The work that was required was explained well and finished much quicker than we anticipated. Although it has only rained a little since the roof was fixed, I could no longer hear the drip, drip, drip inside the chimney...so I believe it was repaired well. The roofers worked hard and cleared away all of the debris before they left. We would definitely recommend Matt's Roofing.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on house and repair hole in shed roof.

Description of Work: I called Matt's Nov 14 to come out and take a look at our roof, we had been told we had storm damage by another. He came out a couple of days later, went up on the roof for a short time, and then knocked on the door to tell me he would go back to the office and email the bid information once it was worked up since it did indeed have storm damage. A little more than ONE MONTH LATER I called to find out if they had the bid worked up yet because I hadn't heard from them. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that she would check on it and get back to me. I didn't hear from her that day or the next and since I hadn't heard from her I called only to be told they had emailed it a little earlier that day. When I opened the document I found the diagram of the house was WRONG! Apparently they pulled a picture of the house off the internet so the information they provided was based on a layout the house had two years prior, before we added another room onto the house. We built on to the house almost two years ago so the roof structure is very different now. Other roofers stayed up there quite awhile taking pictures when they came out to look at it and doing rough sketches. I guess Matt's has more business than they know what to do with since they didn't take the time to first bid in a more timely fashion and secondly take the time to do what was necessary to make sure the drawing in their bid accurately portrayed the roof they were bidding on. I won't let them touch my house after all of this.
