it went horribly. We sent them a proof, which they never told us would be the exact same size as it was on the paper, on a 6x4 sign. We did approve the proof, expecting it to be sized according to the sign itself. The supervisor arrived early and said he had to wait on the installers, so we waited inside the office. While we were waiting a customer came in so we were assisting her. While helping her the supervisor came in and said they were done. The owner went outside with client and the installers were gone. We immediately called the shop and told them the sign was entirely too small, and we had not been shown the sign before or after the installation before the installers left. The letters in the sign were so small as to be ridiculous and much worse than having no sign at all. Although the letters were small in the proof, we assumed they would be resized according to the size of the actual sign. When we contacted them, they said they could redo the sign if we payed $180, which we agreed to do. However they called back, said they didn't know it had gone up already, and now it would be $350 extra plus the $180. I thought about and emailed him back we never saw the sign before it was put or before the installers left, and was done sneakily, so I could not pay for another sign from them, so please come take it down. I was placed with Roland, who seemed in charge, who told me I could pay the balance of $415 and have the sign taken down. I asked when and was told next Wednesday was as soon as they could do it which I said let me call you back. At which point I emailed my response, because I wanted written confirmation after seeing the very deceptive way they conduct business, which said I would like it done sooner, if possible but whatever date you can take it down can you email that, and then I would pay. I then received a phone from Roland's assistant, again indicative of the sneaky way he conducts himself, calls to ask if I want the sign redone, to which I said no, I just want it down. She said it's another$350, which felt like they were trying to railroad me to purchase yet another sign from them. At which point I spoke back to Roland, told him I would reach back later. They are very sneaky, disrespectful, and dishonest. Not once did they apologize for their workers, they never intended to take it down, so they lied to our face, and they tried to make us buy another sign from them. And I have to pay someone else to take it down, make another and put it up for another$1000
