Description of Work: They provided a routine maintenance visit for my vehicle that included an oil change. I have previously purchased tires from them and used them for all kinds of maintenance.

Description of Work: The check engine light on my daughter's 2001 Prism's came on and she said the car was burning gas too quickly. I asked that the car be checked and they diagnosed the check engine light as being due to a bad catalytic convertor ($390.00). They did not see any indication that the car was burning too much gas and did not want to do any random testing without more concrete information. They explained, in detail, to my daughter how to check for the mileage per gallon, and to bring it back if it was not giving the standard mileage for that year make and model. I was not prepared to repair the catalytic Converter and they charged me$85.00 for the diagnostic and told me it would be deducted from the price of fixing the converter if I should decide to do the work. He did also explain that the repair was not an emergency. Billy was the person that assisted me and his customer service was excellent. The reception was friendly and the store was clean. Great experience.
