I have now been using them for several and I got them from Angie’s List and they’re super. I have a bunch of older cars, some classic cars and those guys are good. They will even tell me if there’s nothing needed. Which is unusual coming from a mechanic. It was a fair price for all the work they did. Their responsiveness is top-notch. I’ve never had a complaint. I’ve taken a bunch of cars to them consistently over the years and I’ve always been pleased with their work. They’re the best mechanics I’ve ever had.

Put it in wrong which caused my engine to blow. However, the owner took responsibility and reimbursed me for the cost for another mechanic to repair my motor. I feel the owner is honest. This was just an unfortunate situation caused by his technician - but I won't use them again.

They installed a new battery, new belts, and other parts. They replaced a few parts that were damaged during a prior repair. They also repaired our broken door handle which was damaged by another repairman when he tried to tow the vehicle. They were great. They took a personal interest in our problems, it wasn't a guy just trying to run the price up on us. They were very kind and courteous. We had a terrible experience when someone tried to steal our car, after that happened the car was damaged by some repair people as well. I'd give an A+ if I could.

It's a typical automobile repair service. They have one service writer and she seems knowledgeable. I've only used them twice and have not had any problems with them.

This was second time I have taken my car to them - previously for checking and servicing my brakes. The place is very clean and Dara, the service writer was very friendly and courteous. She told me not to worry about a thing, and she was right! I was expecting more items would be recommended for replacement or need servicing than they found. Dara called and advised that we had a leak coming from the oil cover gasket and suggested it be replaced - either now or at the next oil change. I told her to go ahead and replace it. I asked about the belts and she advised that everything looked good. I requested they go ahead and replace the serpentine belt due to the mileage, which they did. They called me later in the afternoon and advised it was ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the price and my vehicle is running smoothly. As per other reviews on Angie's List, they are professional, thorough, and very honest! I have referred my daughter and granddaugher to them. My granddaughter is driving my old 1996 Toyota Carolla (@ 265k miles) and just some much-needed work done on it by Duluth Int'l costing approximately $890. It is running very well and she is enjoying her "new" car.We highly recommend Duluth International Auto Service.

So happy to finally have a mechanic!!!!I've been meaning to post this since the first time I used Duluth Auto. We have a 2000 BMW, so finding a mechanic who is honest and isn't going to push extra repairs is a godsend. Duluth Auto is our mechanic. For the first time, we didn't come out of the mechanic spending thousands just because the check engine light was on. It used to seem like every time we'd take the car in, the mechanics would find endless things that need fixed/replaced. Duluth Auto just does what needs to be done, and doesn't push extras. I trust them, which is such a nice feeling. Because they have fixed little things without pushing big issues, I'll be a lot more confident and trusting if they ever tell me something big needs fixed. (though it may be time for something new at that point :)
Highly recommend these guys. They're honest and they do great work! Have never had to bring the car in twice for the same issue! They also have great availability and fast turn around!

I took my car back the next week, after getting new tires put on per Dutluth International's recommendation.... There was a loud, unmistakable, bearing noise coming from the right front wheel when I turned even slightly to the left going over ~30mph. I had 3 different people drive the car, and they all said it was a wheel bearing, without me even hinting towards it.

When I took my car back in to Duluth Int'l, they did some tests, including hooking up some kind of special sensors that would tell them where the noise was coming from, and they could not determine the cause. The owner/manager said it was most likely the transmission and that I should schedule an appt with a transmission shop..... Long story short, I took my car in to Tires and More for a professional second opinion, where they determined it was the right front hub bearing that was bad. They replaced it with a Timken unit, and the noise was gone. They pointed out that it was not the right front hub bearing that was replaced by Duluth Int'l, it was the left, thought Duluth Int'l put right front hub bearing on the invoice... Fyi: left = driver's side, right = passenger's side.

So basically I'm not going back to Dulth Int'l. Their inability to diagnose a simple wheel bearing on a Chevy astounds me. It's not like it was some exotic sports car or something... They didn't seem very friendly towards me to begin with, and acted kind of annoyed when I called to get an update on my vehicle. Sorry, but I would really hate to find out at the last minute on a Saturday that my car won't be ready until the following week. I like to know what's going on.
Tires and More in Suwanee were not only gracious and welcoming on a Saturday, but they even dropped me off at my apartment while they were working, and picked me back up when they were done. I've had no more wheel noise.

They made the necessary repair. I liked that they kept the lines of communication open. They contacted me with updates, which was appreciated.

Just thought I 'd put in a quick word. I found Duluth International Auto on Angieslist and they are the best. Their prices are competitive, but what really sets them apart is that they avoid doing unnecessary work like the plague. I went to another provider who gave me a whole list of things I needed done. I was frustrated with this, since that's the way this other provider did business, so I took it to Billy at Duluth Auto and he told me that four of the items did not need to be done. Not at all. So, I had the needed work done, for a little less than the other provider quoted but didn't have to do four more things that would have cost me another $500. I think their honesty, integrity and professionalism is what sets them apart. It's a little bit of a hike for me out to Duluth, but it's well worth the drive. I recommend them often. I've used a lot of different providers in Alpharetta, and I've found that every last one of them will try to run up a big list of "needed" repairs whenever I go in. Duluth Int Auto doesn't do that to you. Hey, I'm willing to pay for the work, I just want to know that the work is really necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They are superb in all categories. They immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it promptly. I had to come back again for a problem and they did not charge me for it. A person accompanied me home to check whether it was working properly or not.

We have been going to Duluth International Auto for several years now for pretty much anything that isn't covered under warranty of our old and new cars. The owner is honest and upfront with you. He will tell you straight up what you need now, what you can wait on and what is a waste of money that might be recommended by dealer service stations. This is not the cheapest place in town, but it is very fair and most importantly, you know you are getting what you pay for.

My car stalled as I was progressing through an intersection on my way to work on Monday. Tuesday it did the same thing only more than once and later that day I noticed a puddle of oil under the front end of my car. So I called Bill. They were able to get the car in Thursday and discovered I had need of a tune up. Also we found out my car actually had an oil cooler. Bill said the last one he saw on a car was about 12 years ago. It figures I would have the only car around that had this odd piece of equipment. Since it is not necessary and most cars do not have these, he was able to bypass the leak by replacing the hoses, thereby saving me a lot of headaches and money. My Auto Angel came to my rescue again. Wonderful work, Bill, keep it up.

I dropped the car off the night before and picked it up after I got off work the next day. He also gave it an oil change and a lot of TLC. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else. My son uses him now for his Sebring. We are very happy with the service Bill provides.

I talked to many friends as to whom they would trust to do a good job on their car. Most of them were very unhappy with their present mechanic or auto dealership for one reason or other. I looked up Angie's List and found this company. Bill replied to my email the very next day and made an appointment to bring my car in. He was very friendly and courteous. He wrote down all the needed work. He even agreed to drop me off at my work (Within 5 miles). The car was ready by 4 PM as promised. The bulb could not be replaced as I had brought a wrong bulb. All the work was done to my satisfaction. Strongly recommend this facility to anyone. He has become our mechanic from here on. His facility was immaculate and even the mens room was very clean! (This says a lot about his work). He apparently takes a great pride in his work.

With temperatures soaring I finally bit the bullet and called Bill to have my air conditioning fluid checked and the system charged so that I wouldn't swelter while driving. The overall cost of just the a/c fluid and charge was not out of range. Since I also was due for an oil change and needed new windshield wipers, I added them to my service request. I dropped the car off during my lunch and my car was ready when I got off work. The a/c was so cold I had turn it down. Bill is consistently pleasant, low-key and professional. He is always happy to answer any questions I have. I will continue to use his shop for my old Toyota, it keeps on ticking even after passing it's 16th birthday! Thanks to Bill, it might even reach 20!

Another auto service chain had quoted me $210 for installation of these parts (labor). I knew that was a ripoff so I called Bill H. after finding his shop on the list. He was very professional and courteous. Didn't recommend or push unnecessary repairs. The work was done in a timely manner while I waited. If Bill continues with this behavior then I will continue to use his shop exclusively for all my maintenance and service needs and continue to recommend his services to family and friends.
